Noisy people slamming doors and yelling at 330am. We were in room 104, they were in 102. Why pack people together when the facility was almost empty.

A/C wasn't working properly. There was a bug crawling along the top of the walls. The bathroom sink had issues with drainage. There was so much noise since it was right next to the interstate and the walls were paper thin.

The chair, bed, shower, and TV selections were fine.

The cleanliness of the room needed serious work. We couldn’t even walk barefoot in the room without needing a shower immediately because our feet would get disgusting. The staff was infrequent and hard to find. They only ever had one or two staff working at the same time, so you had to wait forever in the main lobby to be helped, maybe. The circulation of air in the hotel itself was garbage.. you couldn’t take a hot shower without leaving the fan on for literally a full day or else you would feel the humidity walking into the room.

It was a nice place to rest our head after a long day under festival suns. The color of the room was nice. The staff, when able to be found, were able to help us with any questions we had.

No continental breakfast, air conditioner was literally as loud as a semi truck using their jake break making it impossible to have it running when trying to sleep making the room hot, you could see outside from all the way around the inside of the door as the door didn't have any weather stripping, room next door had a bullet hole that appeared to have come from the inside of the room out, mini fridge still had beer and pop in it telling me they don't clean the inside of it, TV too small to watch from across the room and the picture was stretched so you can't see it well at all with a remote that wouldn't allow you to fix it.

Staff was polite. I did not check to make sure that Covid didn't affect the breakfast that was stated on their listing they had so that is kind of on me. There were no insects or other types of unwanted guests.

Room 102 , The bathroom was disgusting, the shower drain was caked with calcium , u see the bathroom sink had some yellow foam covering the pipes , the ceiling exhaust fan was covered in dust or possibly mold and sounded like it was u defeated when turned on, awful noise, no sheers on the windows so they had to be closed at all times leaving the room super dark and the lighting was terrible , felt like a dungeon. Everything in the room was old and outdated nothing like the pictures look online….the air conditioning made the worst rattling noise that didn’t stop , The bed only had 3 pillows on a king size and when we asked the front desk for more we were handed only one because “that’s all that was clean” . We needed new towels and were also asked to bring down the dirty ones before we could get new. Also we put the do not disturb sign on our door every time we left . Realized the last morning of our stay that a box of cinnamon pastries bought from Kroger were missing … they were sitting next to our bed when we left and when we woke up the next day to eat them realized that they were gone. The o my item missing from our room which means someone was in there without our permission. On check out I explained what happened and asked for a nights refund only to be told the manager was not on premise and I would receive a call on Monday. Unacceptable for paying $250 for two nights stay….

Waited an hour, then had to wait for mess up on reservation I was charged twice for. I'm still waiting for a refund. I had to use bleach to remove poop off the wall. Was bit by bed bugs. The room appeared to not have been cleaned between customers. The breakfast was white water and generic cereal. I will NEVER be back or use booking.com

We had no heat in our room and overhead lights did not work.

The evening desk attendant was very pleasant. The woman in the morning when we got coffee before we left, looked miserable and refused to say anything to us. In fact, she wouldn’t even look at us.

Communication Rude

I left my glasses in my room. I have contacted this hotel five different times at least! I have asked them to send them to me, I will pay for shipping! I have been told repeatedly that I cannot have them sent to me that they are not allowed to send them to me! That I will need to come back and pick them up I am traveling for months I will not even be back in that area! Every time I call the manager is not in I can't even leave a message for the manager. I'm very very disappointed they are prescription pair of glasses that I need!

The door rubbed the floor and was very difficult to open. The toilet was absolutely disgusting, covered in pee and hair. The TV had no remote and the screen was messed up.
