Nothing the worst hotel stay ever.

Upon entering the room one of the Residents asked if I had sleeping pills. When we opened the door the smell was horrendous. We stepped inside and the entire place was dirty. The bed felt like it had rocks in it. The refrigerator was sitting in the room broken. The roaches were crawling all over the place.

The female that worked the front desk the morning after the disaster. She was very welcoming.

Staff, amount of roaches, drg dealers knocking at my door at all hours, the prostitutes knocking on my door to use a phone, the other guest fist fighting and arguing all the time, or guest arguing with their prostitutes always out on the balconies for everyone to see.

I didn't like the fact that when I went to check in, they have given my room away and didn't have a room for me and tryed to give me a room with 1 bed for 4 people. So they need up given me w rooms and tge rooms were not clean. The towels were dirty and wet from someone who had used them and no toilet paper in the rooms. No trash cans to throw trash away.

I liked that it was close to where we were going. The area was good.

The place was disgusting very dirty everywhere, hallways, elevator, room. Asked for towels and the towels I received had stains and was told they are clean. The bed spread also had stains. Also found a dirty old cigarette in the kitchen area. There were also people living in a lot of rooms, would not recommend to anyone and will never stay again.

I would definitely like to have avoided the roach infestation. I killed 8 roaches within the first 20-minutes of entering my room. After that, I just gave up. It was late at night so the front desk closed shortly after I checked-in. I was just hopeful that the roaches wouldn't join me in bed. Second, the floors has apparently never been cleaned. I ruined a pair of socks when the collected days worth of dirt and grime on from the floor. Finally, a trash can or waste basket would have been appreciated, but apparently unavailable.

I was looking for a budget hotel for a two-night stay and I found it. Location was good. Nearby to my meeting site at UCF with plenty of restaurant and shopping options very close to the hotel. You just need to focus on solving the problems listed in my "didn't like" section to make your guests a bit happier.

the staff seemed to be unprofessional and lazy. did not have my room ready by check in and the room was not clean by the time it was ready. there was trash left in the room. the whole hotel looked like it was falling apart and there was trash everywhere from the parking lot to the front properties.

The room was not prepared. There was only one chair and one set of towels for the two of us. The stove and microwave did not work. The floor was unswept and there were roaches. We were offered two alternative rooms. Niether was acceptable. Among the problems with these two rooms werer a faulty smoke alarm, faulty refrigerator, microwave and AC, and no TV. They also had dirty floors and roaches. We stayed one night of the 5 nights we booked, only because it was too late to go anywhere else at the time. Checked out the next morning.

Room was not cleaned. No pillows or sheets on bed. The bed looked like it belonged in a brothel from the stains all over it... roaches and ants everywhere. Sink was clogged and the ac had mold. Probably the most ghetto place I have ever stayed.

The room smelled like smoke, the sink was clothed. floor dirty bed had women hair and the lights had spider web. Had to buy febreze to try to kill the smell and it didn't work. The microwave didn't work. very bad experience.

This property is awful!!! be aware of the reviews that state the same thing because it’s really bad here. moldy smelling rooms, roaches, dirty linens & sometimes no fitting shower curtains. worst experience ever and worst of all still fighting to get at least some of our money back because we left 2 days into our week long trip to another hotel because couldn’t deal with getting rooms changed so many times and no better each time. Not worth it even for free!!!!

The elevator doesn't work right. Loud noises come from it. The room wasn't cleaned all the way. Sink had trash in it and the shower floor was dirty. There was left over food in the fridge. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no towels . The t.v. didn't work the 2 days we were there. Was told it was dobto the antenna but the rooms next to me had t.v. Tryed to call the help desk on the phone int the room and it wasn't even plugged in, there wasn't even a cord on tge phone to plug it in the wall. When I called the help desk from my own phone was told there was no one there that could look at it till the next day. When I got back to the hotel the next day still no t.v. no towels or toilet paper. Again called from my phone and the same guy said they tryed to call me on the hot phone but I didn't answer. Maybe cause it's not plugged in...

I booked thus hotel for my 10 year old who was turning 11 and our trip was ruined because you guys didn't have enough rooms and were overbooked ...I could not find another room in Orlando that would fit my budget ..just messed up my whole weekend what a tragedy

Motel is extremely ran down. flooding in multiple rooms, no towels to give guests. A lot of drug and alcohol abuse. No one is monitoring the property.

Everything. Thank God it was only one night stay. A roach running around the room. The bathroom was so nasty. My husband & I didn't touch anything. Its a good thing we always walk with our own linens even if it's a resort.
