Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesYou didn't honor my Reservation, you gave me a give me a bookie number. And I was told I could Check-in at any time when I put a special request. Check the time between 12 AM and 2 AM in the morning. You took my money and I had to put the room on my girlfriend's card. And I still haven't received any money back from you or the hotel. And it's gonna take once I do receive what you will. Whoever does releasing it's gonna set seventh 10 days before I get the money back in my account booking.com yeah? booking.com is sorry.
I like to know why booking dot com took 300.00 of my money and put a hold on it so I couldn't check in to my room at 1:30 am Saturday morning . So it's been 2 days and you released the money to the hotel and know I have received my money back from you or them

GermanyThe room was not very clean... Kind of annoying though that you have a kitchen in the room, but you have to get the stuff from the reception.
I liked when I did not have to spend another night there. Way too expensive for what you get. Altough it was nice that they had washer and dryer available.

I am a frequesnt traveler so I know what to expect with certain chains of hotels. This was a quick 1 day stay so I chose to stay here over the Holiday Inn closer to the airport. When I 1st got there, I got a room with a faulty door so I couldn't get in my room in the pouring down rain... I really didn't appreciate being given a room with a "recently" fixed door but I was tired from the plane ride and just wanted some sleep.

United StatesWell, I've stayed there more then once, I usually get a nice room with a table. If I'm at Culver City or El segundo locations, I usually get great rooms. But, the 1st problem I found out I booked for friday, my booking changed from friday to weds and was about to be charged $166.00. Still checking to see if that gets removed. I thought, made a mistake, but found out someone changed my booking from Friday -Sun to Weds-friday. So confusing but handled. I then get there, and I noticed it was alot of people there, granted this is fathers day. But, Ive been there on holidays and the vibes was off. I was followed a few times, Young guys were watching to see what room I was in, I even saw them come near, my window and stare in. I thought they had security, but maybe they eliminiated them to cut cost. I get there, an I was so shocked they gave me a room with no table no chairs and I had work on a laptop and remote equipment to work on and I literally had to ask for a new room. Got the room, I get there and the remote control doesn't worked, but the young lady helped me right away. It wasnt too much of a disaster, because the young lady on friday that helped me, was very patient and calm, for that I appreciate her professionalism. As, I exited, I felt like im being rushed out of there. I asked the young lady who helped me on Fri if I can chk out at twelve condering the room and remote situation. I assume there was a note immediately put in. Nope! I got a woman who was a bit aggressive, about me checking out and I had to explain to her it was 12 noon. Before her, the cleaning woman asked if I was checking out. That was too much, my anxiety level went up and I didn't get to really rest and comfortably leave. I've spent thousands staying at this place and love giving good reviews. But, this time was bad and I'm gonna stay away for a while, in hope sthis location gets it together.
The young lady that helped, me friday night,was great! It's in a great location and convenient to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations.

Had to change rooms 3 times. 1st rm wreaked of cigarette smoke, eventough its “non smoking”. 2nd rm., microwave and stove was rusty and did not work. 3rd rm. had a few updates and was cleaner. We were told it was being held for someone else who didn’t show up. Staff was great! NO breakfast was offered (not even a bag breakfast). But breakfast is advertised. The only thing we liked was the location.
