Roaches in the bathroom. Gun shot going off by our door at 3:42 A.M. The AC/ Heater smelt like mold & dirty feet . The light over the sink wasn't working.

There's never been complementary breakfast, the Maud is owners family knock on my door at 950 a.m as we was coming inn.i met him at the door hafe way open.i said its not 11 and u didn't knock before entering. I said I'm staying over .he wanted me to open door all the way .saying who paying and wats the name. .

The room smelled terrible. Like dirty armpits. Ice room lock was broken was told to get in through window. Staff were terrible. Felt like I was bothering him by checking in. Shower was right next to toilet and was a full standup (no tub or anything to keep water from going all over the floor besides a partial curtain). Floor in whole room was so dirty I had to wear sneakers.

Although hotel completely declared non-smoking, first room heavily smelled smokey. Roomchange, a bit better, but floors dirty, toilet seat wrecked and blankel had holes burnt by cigarettes. A lot of cigarette disposals outside doors.

PLACE WASN'T VERY CLEAN,NEIGHBORS WERE VERY NOISY AND SOUNDED LIKE SOMETHING WAS CLIMBING BETWEEN THE WALLS NEIGHBORS WERE GRILLING OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING SPACES AND ONE THE CHILDREN KEPT SCREAMING ON A GOOD NOTE THEY HAD VERY CLEAN BEDDING

The Pool and Hot Tub were closed. I was told probably until next year. I should received a reduced rate for not being able to use either one especially since it was listed as having the pool and hot tub. I should of been informed about the conditions prior to making a Reservation. Especially since I could not Cancel my Reservation after I was informed about pool and hot tub not in working condition. Since, the Management knew that both the Pool and Hot Tub would remained closed until next year. ☹️

The floors turned my feet black, so I had to wear my sandals until I got into bed. The pool was closed and it was not mentioned on the web site. The train that goes through the area around 4am will wake even the soundest of sleepers; this is not something that the hotel can control, but should be mentioned in the reservation process. The doors need to be sealed better, the daylight shines under the doors; I woke up with a cricket in the bed with me and a roach on the bathroom sink.

The hotel was located between the areas casinos. The property has several security cameras and the monitors are in the office for surveillance. The price was reasonable. The linens were clean and the bed comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. It looks like the owners are trying to update the facility and they are heading in a better direction.

Floor was dirty enough I couldnt go barefoot. Tv/cable didnt work. Allergic to something in the room. Lightbulbs missing in the lamps. Ive stayed in other rooms before and they werent as bad

Dirty towels, leaky sink, room stocked for 2 people.

The best part of the stay was the huge HD tv. The. Room was well decorated and pretty. We only had two towels for 3 people and they didn't seem clean. Asked for more and they were brought to us 1/2 hr later also smelled dirty. Sink leaked from the bottom of the faucet all over the floor. Only 2 coffees for 3 people so off to the office again. Grandma who got out of bed to come to the desk couldn't give us a receipt upon check out so we left without one. With a little effort, this would be a nice stay. Fix the sink, invest in some bleach for the linens and stock the rooms for the number of guests would greatly improve the stay.
