Place had everything we needed. Good way to get a night's rest before heading out for family matters. Very nice lady at the front desk when we got there.

Nothing, other than the room next to mine was left open. Staff forgot to close it after cleaning.

I can't remember her name, but the clerk that was working when I arrived was great! Friendly and caring! You need more like her.

Wish they had a hot tub, would have liked bacon as well as sausage at breakfast, longer safety bars in the shower.

Worn and torn curtains in the room. breakfast was bland and the same each day. Eggs and sausage.The coffee was cold and I had to ask for a better cup of coffee twice. The lady that was stalking the breakfast bar was very nice.I think she did the best that she could period.

The location was fine. Access to the property was a little odd period. The beds were comfortable.

The rooms def need to be updated. No USB plugs at all. A lamp didn't work, our curtain was broken (although my husband pieced it back together), and a towel hanging up was either stained or dirty. I was most put off by the fact they do not clean your room during the day, nor do they restock. I have only ever stayed in one other place that was like that. I expected to come back to a clean room, fresh towels, and more coffee and that was not the case. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan and seemed very small. I could have used some fresh towels and some more coffee. The check-in process was easy, however, the clerk at the desk was not overly friendly.

The breakfast was decent. Had sausage, eggs, bagels, muffins, and cereal. The woman working the breakfast area was very diligent in keeping everything stocked and clean. I did like that they had coffee in the lobby so you could have a cup at any time. They did not have any water even though there was an area for water. The fridge in the room was a nice size. The TV was decent, and the room size was ok. The location was very easy to get to. Right off the freeway. The wifi worked well.

Heat in the room was not adjustable. Refrigerator was filthy and ran constantly with a vibration that kept me awake.

My sheets and pillows smelled clean. The bed was just ok. The heat was not adjustable. The refrigerator was really nasty and ran all night with a rattle that kept me awake. The breakfast was fine. However the lady did not speak English but she was vert polite. Front desk clerk was very good checking in and out was no hassle.

Breakfast was not very good. Not a good variety. Construction on our floor, toilet clogged 3 times.. Maintenance man was super nice though!

The elevator was really slow. We stayed on the second floor and it took forever for the elevator. When we weren’t carrying luggage we used the stairway.

This is a clean and convenient place to stay. The indoor swimming pool was nice as well. The complimentary breakfast was simple but enough to choose from.
