Only coffee left at 800am Computer system was out check in and out,but I did receive a email receipt There was a arrogant guest who was totally inappropriate to front desk agent. I was waiting in the lobby for my ride. He was baligarent and absolutely out of line. I felt so bad for this young girl to have to have this to deal with.

Since this is a place for long term rental, it was a little noisy, and in the back of the hotel a lot of people were wandering around, walking their pets and smoking pot. One big pitbull jumped on me as we were waiting for the elevator, when the door opened the animal jumped on me and his owner just kept going talking on the phone, no apologies, nothing. So I think that the occasional visitors for leisure or business should have a separate section in these places, away from the permanent dwellers. The hotel also advertised "free breakfast included"...well I never imagined that it was only coffee and a small muffin. That's all!

The suite was great, the hotel location was convenient.

Thought “free breakfast “ would big bigger, not just grab & go, could be my fault for not checking, it’s ok though, partner did grab a cup of coffee to go. Thank you for that.

Front desk person. She was friendly, smiled a lot, & very helpful. Wasn’t aware that there was a full kitchen, very cool, will remember next time.

Great location. Very convenient. If I were pressed to comment, I'd say the morning coffee set up was just a bit underwhelming. There were no creamers or stirring straws or anything like that. It's a nit-noid. Your staff was fine. The room was comfortable, and I appreciate all your work in making the property pleasant.

Breakfast was sub par. Only coffee creamer was almond or pumpkin spice one day and the other just powdered creamer, tv was small and rooms need a update. We stayed at the i95 location and it was much nicer for the same price.

We booked 2 rooms, 119 and 116... The 116 had a very unpleasant smell, didnt like that all.

Very friendly staff, room size was good, bathroom size good. The vending machines are a great option, I really appreciate it. The beds were super comfortable.

Toilet ran non stop, sofa bed squeaked every time anyone moved, waking up whole family, “breakfast included” was a lie. There was only coffee and a few cereal bars at like 6:45am. Room smelled odd. Could hear noises easily through doors & walls. Only one trash can. Not enough USB ports.

The key cards to enter your room and enter the building, did not work very well.. I only stayed one night and 4 different times I was denied access to my room or the building.. Had to make trips to the front desk each time to get it fixed..

I know the breakfast is continental and I was no expecting much..The front desk told me it was coffee and muffins.. I never saw and y muffins.. I had coffee but there was no creamer...

The only thing that I didn't like is that my stay wasn't longer and the $100 cash deposit that I had to pay because I had a Melbourne I.D.. It was actually a pretty nice experience.

There were no dishes, toaster, pots in the room. We had to transport everything from downstairs. No soap to wash dishes. Kitchen was not set up for extended stay. When requesting dishes, we were told they were limited and had to be washed before ready for pickup. Would like two chairs for eating at counter.

We brought our own breakfast because yours was so limited. Would not consider it as breakfast provided. Could affect our future decision to stay here. Nice to have full size fridge and stove. Staff was very courteous. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Enjoyed comfortable chair. Excellent location.
