Stayed in January 2024

The pool was (and probably still is) out of service. The one treadmill in the small gym doesn't work. The hotel is mildly dingy. It was probably quite nice at one time but has not been well maintained. The first room I got smelled like smoke so I asked to be moved. Then the night manager had to go to the dryer to get towels for me. I asked if they are short on staff or short on linens and she replied, "Both." I have seen properties like this before: the owner sucks out as much cash as possible while spending the minimum, and then sells it off to a new owner who does a full rehab. I'm guessing this place is about five years from losing its franchise and renting rooms by the hour or by the month.

The location is good, the price is reasonable for the quality of the property, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast consists of sausages, scrambled eggs, and warm biscuits, with the standard selection of pastries and fruits, plus the obligatory waffle maker. And a juice dispenser. This was a pleasant surprise in an otherwise middle-quality hotel.

No Closet in room 308 no place to hang my clothes. I've never seen a king suite that did not have a closet.

The lady who did the check in for me on June 24th was very nice and polite. She even came out and held the door for me while I brought my luggage in.

The bed was hard, the window had a huge crack and had tape on it, the sheets were dirty, the washer & dryer didn’t work, pool was down. Breakfast was gone before 8pm. Apple juice & orange juice dispenser didn’t work. Smelled like heavy cigarette smoke and weed. Oh a let me not forget it was LOUD energy single night!

It was close to some food spots and the mall is within walking distance

No pillows, no WI-FI, no pillows, bathroom had no towels or toilet paper. We let the front desk know via phone as no one is at the desk at night and we were just told sorry. No one brought us anything. The bathroom sink was disgusting. Dirt and debris in the sink and toilet. We were there for an hour and had to leave. We paid for an entire different hotel as we could not stay there. I am still working on my refund

The price was a great deal but for what we received it was horrible.

Room offered was not accessible as we had prepaid. Shower unfinished with tools laying around, and no soap in room. Last 2 days no hot breakfast although the breakfast time had not ended. Staff were yelling in hallway very early am.

Staff tried to resolve 3/4 of our issues. The beds were comfortable.

Terrible experience. Booked a double suite off of this site. Called to confirm the reservation, they spent 45 minutes looking for it and told me they didn't have a double suite. Gave me two conjoining rooms. I called the night before my trip, was assured by the manager everything was set and the pool would be working this weekend. I got there, took them an hour to find conjoining rooms and only found some after moving another guest. I had two dogs with me, asked about a pet fee, and the front desk guy said he didn't know how to enter it, so he wasn't going to charge it considering the inconvenience. Then, it took another hour to even get the 2nd room key. I went into the 2nd room key, the bathroom still had dirty soap and towels in it. The TV won't turn on ANY channels. Pool will be closed all weekend. Carpet was coming up in the rooms, coffee makers had no trays for the filter and coffee, no cups-just lids. Breakfast was from 6-9 and wasn't ready until 7am both mornings. Room keys quit working twice. After I left, they attempted to charge my card the pet fee that they had said was complimentary. Absolute disaster, will never use this hotel again. I had two dogs and three kids stuck in hotel rooms that were too small, with no pool-which was the whole reason I got rooms here in the first place. Garbage quality, for way too high prices.

Trash in small piles along the front of the building. Parking lot asphalt overgrown in some areas with weeds. Safety lock on door broken/not functional. Door on the ice maker flapping loose. Hall carpet with stains/worn. In need of paint.

Our television was not working, someone looked at it and made the excuse that the hotel just changed ownership and they didn’t know what was wrong. Nothing else was done to try to fix it. Also the carpet was dirty enough that by walking bare foot on it you had to wash the bottom of your feet because they were very dirty.

The room smelled terrible I had to wash everything in my suitcase when I got home and had to air the suitcase outside for several days. It was a combination of mold and some kind of air freshener. Would not stay there again.

Didn't get the room I reserved four months ahead of time. Charged me for a room that didn't fit my family and told me it was booking.coms problem to reimburse me the money I was charged for the room I reserved. There was also a used bandaid on my bed!

there was paint splatters in the bathroom on the ceiling in the wall that look like blood. I understand it was paint, but they really should fix it. Also, the floor was dirty. There was no water and any other vending machines. And I was in a conjoining room that had no people the first night but the second night it sounded like they were tossing furniture. It got so bad that I tried calling the front desk and the phone did not work. Then I used my cell phone to call directly to the hotel, and it put me to voicemail. so I ended up calling the police because the guy in the conjoining room was yelling, profanities and making the whole floor shake. I did not feel safe because I was there alone.

It looked like they had done some upgrades here and there as far as the rooms go but I would suggest new curtains, new tub and shower surround is definitely due for an upgrade and the toilet, side tables and alarm clock. There was an issue with the TV and the front desk did make me aware when I checked in.

The bed was very comfortable and surprisingly it was quite on the ground floor.

room 212 was never cleaned properly, stepped into something sticky on the floor. other people’s hair in the shower. tv was broken and couldn’t sink up to the internet. changed rooms to 307 and though it was cleaner, I definitely wouldn’t say it was cleaned. hairs in the shower still. pee marks in the toilet. I will never stay at one of your hotels again.
