It was a bit weird with signs saying "please wear masks" but no staff was wearing masks, some guests were. We didn't care, it was just weird. Room was on the second floor but there was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up to two flights of stairs.

It was right by the freeway, staff was nice, breakfast was good.

Wifi was terrible. It kept going in and out. Cable was terrible---sometimes the channels worked, sometimes they did not leaving us with nothing to watch/do in the room. Carpets were stained and had an unpleasant look to them and felt like we needed to keep our shoes on. TV was small and hard to watch from bed. Hotel is off by itself. Absolutely nothing around it--which could be a positive to some. Outdated. Overall hotel did not match photos--not as nice in person. I was disappointed but slept well nonetheless.

The room was very dirty, the beds was not the size they was suppose to be . The bathroom had a big crack in the shower wall. There was hair all over the beds. The pool was nasty as well.

When we arrived we were informed that the hot tub was broken (the main reason we booked here). We were there to celebrate my 30th birthday after our Eclipse plans fell through. We were expecting to be able to stay on the premises to drink in their bar, but were then informed it was closed....strike 2. When we walked into our room the smell was so bad we had to go purchase a wax warmer and wax melts to try to cover the smell. The final straw was another guest was given key access to our room! We had just gotten back from WalMart when a random man walked right in, thank God I was decent. When we informed the front desk of these issues, it seemed like they did not care. No compensation and nothing else was offered for any of the inconveniences. We won't be staying here again for quite a while.

We booked this hotel because we have stayed here twice before. The only thing we liked about this stay was that it was in a convenient location.

However, the owner as less accommodating. We needed to alter our reservation and the owner did not lift a finger to help. They never even called us back after leaving several messages and explaining our situation. As a host of an Airbnb, I would never leave a potential client hanging and I have never encountered that with any other hotel stay so that was a disappointment. I would say that I would not stay there again because of that

The hot tub is closed, it is now a kid pool. Gym is small which is fine but a lot of broken equipment (new dumbbell rack on the floor with a bag of bolts laying around, ab tower broken, small dumbbells). The price of the room is steep in comparison to what you get. Building needs updated, both inside and out.

Hot tub was turned off and cold, due to previous guests improper use. Neither hotels website or booking.com, mentioned this. I would not of spent my money on this hotel if I had known this beforehand. I understand there are good guests and bad ones, but that change affects everyone and better notice would save alot of hassle. The pool room was also very cold and uncomfortable. These issues are unacceptable for the price.

The staff wasn't friendly. The room wasn't properly cleaned (the floor hadn't been swept and the sheets had dog hair or something all over them and the towels in the bathroom looked to be just thrown on the shelf which was also dirty). The elevator was broke and my biggest complaint. The staff directed me to a broken elevator and I have a bad hip, so walking up and down 3 flights of stairs was torture. After a long drive and knowing I would be sitting all day the next day at a tournament all I wanted to do was soak in the hot tub. The hot tub was broke too and apparently has been broke for a month or so. Lastly, our friends stayed there too and they booked a room after us they got their room for cheaper and on the first floor. What a smack in the face. Also, everybody's stomach was hurting after the breakfast. And the cook appeared to be sick. Ew. I will not recommend this hotel and quite frankly I've been thinking about calling to see what you can do for me since my whole experience was not up to par. Do better people. Take pride in your job. Clean the rooms like you would be sleeping in them. Also a little bit of kindness can go a long way. If you're wondering why I still stayed there and didn't complain, because quite frankly, I just needed somewhere to sleep for this tournament and I knew complaining to a rude staff that already didn't care what I had to say wasn't going to do anything for me but piss me off more. After this recap, I should've put 1/10 but I'll give you the 3/10 because I needed a roof over my head and that's about the only thing this hotel provided.

We weren't told breakfast hours. Got to breakfast at 8:45 and food was gone. Breakfast area was messy. Coffee machine didnt work. Room needed swept. Chair in room was filthy, needs replaced. Lighting in room was dim.

The parking lot was a huge muddy mess. The hallways were very noisy and the beds were uncomfortable. We also had a lot of trouble controlling the temp of our room.
