Long walk from elevator to our room; some rooms much closer than ours, however. Unable to find luggage cart, having to carry luggage long distance. Kitchen supplies and shampoo were not in the room; Ask for them when you arrive to avoid extra trips.

Good location, quiet, room was clean and comfortable. Courteous and friendly staff. TV was nice size and easy to operate. Hot water was instant when you turn on the faucet, easy to adjust, good shower.

We would not consider what was offered as "breakfast." The selection of the few items available to take away was minimal and the water and coffee were not hot.

The room was a good size and having a freezer and full fridge was very helpful, especially given that there was no ice machine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Shouldn’t advertise breakfast if there isn’t breakfast. Pool and hot tub were closed. Vending machines soda price was no joke like $3000. No exaggeration.

I liked the spacious bedroom and the full kitchen as well as the fridge. The TV was alright, a bit janky.

Advertise pool, spa and ice machine. None of the 3 worked. Snotty laundry maid at the front desk would not let us check in 20 min early.

I had a spring in my mattress that I could feel, I didn't care for their kitchen items process so I'm so happy we brought our own pots pans silverware and crock pot electric skillet etc, bathroom has mold in shower I kept spraying mold and mildew remover on it...breakfast consists of open cupboard with muffins and granola bars that's it..one night fire alarm went off only 6 of us walked the stairs and came down to wait for all clear but all in all its a decent place for the price and staff are very friendly!

The only problem that I had was that the bathroom door didn't close. But it wasn't that big of a problem. I didn't report it or anything. But that was the only issue.

The staff was really friendly. Even though they were working on Christmas, they were very helpful.

Our AC kept popping the reset thing on the plug so it wouldn’t blow cold air. The maintenance guy came up, super nice, and reset it but it kept popping. The phone didn’t work and the maintenance man informed us that they’d had people out to fix it and it was still messed up. The pool was out of service when we literally hooked this hotel instead of one that was much less expensive because it had a pool.

The staff was kinda and accommodated our request for early check in. They sent the maintenance man right up when our AC was on the fritz.

I didn’t like the fact that the first night I had cockroaches coming up out of my shower drain. Now granted they fix that and sent me to another room which was actually better than the one I was in but also I didn’t like the fact that the TV is so limited I’d like to have TV on for noise while I’m working, etc. but I don’t like to watch 90 Day fiancé and stuff like that and that’s all that was on basically

I like the kitchen in the room that was amazing. The shower was very nice. The bed was very comfortable in the air conditioner works beautifully.
