Convenient location with plenty of shopping and restaurant options. Hotel was clean and the room clean. Staff was friendly and the bed was nice and soft.

Nothing everything was fine. If I had to pick one thing if, we had stayed longer the breakfast closing at 9 on the weekends, really? Well, we checked out early that this didn't affect our trip we had to hit the road.... long road ahead. And we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the breakfast anyway.

After reading other’s reviews, I almost didn’t book here. I truly have NO idea why people were displeased. Yes, apparently they bought cheap pictures frames because the bottom of the ones in my room were peeling too (I only checked because so many people complained about it). Really??? The room was extremely clean & beautifully furnished. Everything (except the stupid picture frames) was modern, up-to-date and lovely. Yes, the bathroom was a bit small but the shower itself was a no-seam “pod “ with a glass door - super clean, great water pressure and, unless you are a very large person, perfectly fine size-wise. Given these crazy times we are living in, of course breakfast wasn’t what we are used to but they did have a very nice selection of fresh & packaged choices. The key being that the area was very, very clean. The place was quiet and the staff very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. Definitely worth the money

had to move room due to sink stop up and desk clerk had no idea how to solve the problem except to say we’d have to wait for maintenance in the morning. finally were able to move rooms, but it was a hassle. Manager did adjust the bill the next day and he was helpful and nice about it

The bathroom was very small and didn't have a lock on the door. Also, the pictures hanging on the wall had frames that were peeling pretty badly. And the fridge wasn't very cold.

The location was what we needed and it was a well maintained, clean room and property that allowed dogs. The beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful and were able to give us adjoining rooms for our family. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The bed was a bit hard. Some stuff looks worn out, such as the picture frames in the room—the paint was flaking off.

It was a great location. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was a welcome change during this Covid mess. They offered some HOT breakfast items. It was great.

Sunday breakfast was only 6-9 which defeats the inn's name of "Sleep Inn". By 8:40 the hot food had run out and there was no one at the front desk or dinning area to ask about refilling it. Many last-minute breakfast guests left disappointed. The room shower leaked water all over the floor. The bed sheet and ceiling were dirty which made my wife uncomfortable in the room.

Check-in was incredibly fast and easy. Everything was preprinted and ready for us. The staff we did meet were super friendly and helpful.

The only extra thing I needed was a box of facial tissues. I had one in the car.

I am handicapped, on a walker. Though I did not have a room designated for handicapped, everything worked well. My son traveled with me and was excellent help. The shower was exceptionally nice. The entrance to the shower, bar inside, ease of turning on and off water wee so good for me. It was quiet. Just a few minutes from Briarcliff Rd. where we traveled to see my sister. Also food places were nearby and we carried in food the night we arrived. Enjoyed our stay. Will use Sleep Inn again.

Hotel could of offered WiFi to its guests. Maybe a couple of more big towels on top of what’s already supplied. Did not like that a couple of big guys were hanging around outside the front door area late at night, looked kind of sketchy.
