No coffee maker in room, I have stayed in alot of motels and this was the first one with no in room coffee. Also the picture on the TV was so dark you could not watch it. There was alight that would not work. The floor mat for shower was still wet, like it never was washed

Walls are a little thin. Could be that the neighbors extra curricular activity was a bit robust! Other than that we had a great stay.

The shower was in need of a deep clean and was not equipped with a handshower or shower seat that would be expceted in a room listed as accessible. A bit noisy right next to the highway.

The lobby and outside was run down

The outside was run down however we were pretty happy with our room. The woman at the front desk was very nice and the room was nice and clean

Zero amenities. There was a microwave, but zero utensils, cups, or anything that would make eating in your room slightly more comfortable.

The pet policies seemed a bit threatening and made me really nervous to have my dog there. I’m a responsible pet owner and I know not everyone is. However, I’ve never stayed somewhere with policies written in such a manner. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again with my dog. The room was too small to accommodate not allowing pets on the beds at all. The one spot I found barely allowed his bed to fit and he couldn’t lay comfortably there. I understand the concern but I also wonder how this hotel deals with people traveling with small children who can be far more damaging to property than my senior dog. I think if they’re that serious about those policies they should consider just not allowing pets at all. There’s no couch or reasonable place to sit and relax. The chairs and table were fine for working and eating but I couldn’t enjoy the big tv because sitting on the bed was too uncomfortable. The pillows were very cheap and didn’t provide much comfort either. The bedding as a whole was the biggest downside to staying here. Very scratchy and uncomfortable. I know this is a vacation spot but I was here for work and the Wi-Fi was not good enough to do what I needed. There’s not great phone service either so this really impacted my ability to complete tasks which was disappointing. I would avoid staying here for work again.

The room design was cute and obviously recently updated. The fridge and microwave worked well. The tv was surprisingly big. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean.

There was no known breakfast there, would have been nice to have something. The bed was a bit uncomfortable Because it was too hard. I didn’t like people smoking in front of my car when we were even parked next to the building corner spot. I didn’t bring really cold when we first got there but it did warm up in not too much time. I would prefer to walk into a room that’s at least semi heated.

I liked that the room was dark enough to sleep. Most hotel places don’t make rooms dark enough. We enjoyed the room upgrades that were not pictured online.

They brought in a large dump box as they were putting new furniture in the rooms. All the noise woke us up. The road noise was very loud!

There were no meals available. The beds were great. Easy access for my husband's companion animal

Door needs weatherstripping as cold air was coming in all around the door. The room above mine was apparently rented to a very unruly bunch. Well past midnight, it sounded as though they were moving furniture. Dog barked occassionally.
