We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFirst thing when I got there to check in and I was calling the front desk to let me in they were not answering I had to knock on the window to get their attention I asked them what was for breakfast they said coffee the reason why I got that one was because they provided breakfast coffee is not breakfast. Second thing when I went in the room I called the front desk they did not answer all night I was calling to complain about somebody running up and down the hallways breaking the exit signs no one ever answered. It was one of the worst experiences at a hotel nobody did anything about that woman screaming up and down the hallway
The only thing that I like was when I left that's it never going there again

United StatesThe lack of cleanliness. Upon entrance there was visible residue on the room floors, the shower was not properly cleaned/sanitized. Hair was found in the shower, and we also found hair in the bed which was horrible. We understood the staffing challenges and did not want to create problems by complaining to management. We left for a few hours and upon return we noticed the kitchen sink had possibly been clogged because it had food residue that had risen, very disturbing. We simply rinsed it out.
Great location, the clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We wanted to check in early, but lack of staff didn't allow for us too. At 3pm we attempted to check in and our room was still not ready, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes past checkin hour. The manager looked stressed and in a bad mood which did not help the situation, I would advise manager to not be transparent to guests.

United StatesBreakfast selection could be better. The regular "live there" guests hurry down to empty the flavored oatmeal and muffins, leaving only "plain" available for other paying guests. Nobody restocked the breakfast items nor were there any staff available to do so. The terrible skunky marijuana smell of the live in guests was almost constant in the halls and stairwells.
Due to an error in their booking system, the reserved room wasn't available. They were able to accommodate us in an acceptable manner and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The security officer was so helpful with the rollaway bed, our luggage, and went beyond his duties in giving us assistance during our check-in.

United StatesThis was terrible! I have stayed at one of these hotels in Vancouver Washington and it was nice. We booked a King and got a Queen. The lady at the front said we were lucky to get anything because everything was over booked. Our bed had 2 flat pillows and when we requested more, they said they didn't have any more. There was no coffee maker no dishes in the kitchen and one towel in the bathroom. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom, and when I called down to see if they could bring one up to our room, we were told that they don't bring things to the rooms and we would need to go down to the front desk. We did, only to be told that they didn't have any blow dryers, and no more towels!!! The WORST hotel experience I've ever had. We had to use our sweat shirts as pillows and had to share a towel! There was no food available for the "free breakfast " and the list goes on! I will never go to one of these again.
For what it was worth, the room was clean. The rest of the place looked, and smelled awful, but the room was clean.

United StatesCheck-in was not smooth. Staff was disorganized and not prepared for customer arrivals. I waited 20 minutes to get a room and I had booked 1 month in advance. When I walked into the bedroom, there was a questionable drops/stain on the rug (could be blood. Needless to say, it was unsettling. Pictures attached. Overall, I was very unsatisified with my one night stay.
