When asked about breakfast, the front desk person said that they were "short-handed in the chef department" and served only a continental breakfast with no hot dishes. Therefore, we went elsewhere for breakfast.

We were able to check in early and were upgraded to the corner suite with beautiful big windows. There was a fireworks show we weren’t aware of but we able to see it out our windows it was awesome!! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and even let us go next door to the sister hotel and swim! We will be staying again!

Cold showers coffee pot was shorting out was warm first nite told them Sunday I went back to room figured out the thermostat heard head of housekeeping complaining of early arrival like really got there at 2 needless to say I won't be staying there again

I was told they have a gluten free options. When it came to breakfast for my daughter who has celiac disease. I was told that the manager decided it was not worth it to offer gluten free options. The bread was frozen and there was no special way to warm it up. More importantly. There was no effort from the staff to help.

Not very kid friendly breakfast though. Waffles or biscuits and gravy would have been nice. There was no pool and Priceline advertised for a pool and the main reason we booked here was for this supposed pool. Then arrive and come to find out there is NO POOL. Very disappointing. Not worth the money I spent on the room either. Also at check in I told the front desk we did not bring our dog and they still charged me for a pet fee. I had to call to get it refunded back on my card.

Breakfast was ok. Good variety. Restaurant was nice addition. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the restaurant option. Loved the robes in the suite. Nice shower! Comfy beds. Very quiet hotel.

The open shower configuration is flat-out weird. The breakfast buffet food was cold.

The water in the shower was hard. I couldn't feel clean. Also, it should have come with a free breakfast.

I chose this hotel for its location and the offering of an airport shuttle even though it is more expensive than other properties in the same vicinity. When I landed and called for pick up, I was told reservation was required 24 hours in advance. Nowhere on the Revel site or booking site is this stated. When I got to the hotel, after a $60 cab ride, I was told there was nothing that could or would be done to rectify the situation. The evening desk people tried to do their best to assist, and the morning manager had a nonchalant attitude and zero interest in making the situation right.

On the booking it said the hotel amenities included and indoor pool and spa and a fitness center. I arrived at the hotel to find the had none of the above amenities stated in the booking, they didn’t have a hot breakfast either day we stayed and he were also charged more than what our booking was stated to be.

It was in a good location just right off of interstate 35 going through Des Moines.

Housekeeping - you had to verbally ask for it each morning. They ran out of bar soap. At checkout their final bill exceeded the booking price I was given, but they did fix that.

Breakfast was good. One morning they were out of many things and were not restocking a half hour before it ended.

There is no official front desk person. The person is playing double duty running the kitchen or other things and so there was often a wait to speak to someone. The website photos are also incorrect as it shows there is a full gourmet breakfast and swimming pool. The gorgeous common area has replaced the pool and it seems due to Covid the only thing for breakfast are pre-wrapped pastries and cereal.

The Ambiance and details of the room were perfect. The hotel lobby /common area was inviting and modern. From the outside it looks like you are going to be staying in a spa like hotel.

The room was quite small and the shower is not inside the bathroom which is very strange, especially since it had a glass door. We prefer more privacy when showering.
