United StatesHOT TUB WAS BEING REPAIRED! Main reason we booked this hotel. Our bathroom door was nasty and I had to clean it myself the cabinet that the refrigerator sits in was broken and I didn’t want to fight with it so I propped it open. My daughter was laying on top of the bedspread and when it was time to go to bed when she pulled the covers back, there was a notebook in between the sheets, so either somebody slipped it in there after the bed was made or the bed was never made maybe but it looked like a students medical notebook. We’ve stayed at this facility before and things were OK but they need NEW MATTRESSES on these beds. they are not comfortable, at least on this property. They say they’re queen beds and I guess for a hotel they are but it’s more like a full size mattress with a couple of inches. Insane. We have stayed here before an was some what enjoyable. Coffee is always good.
Breakfast was okay! Pool as amazing actually heated. Staff is friendly,but when told of some issues in the room was just told I am sorry several times but never fixed.😫

I liked that the room had a TV that you could watch with your own Netflix account.

The comment card was completed by a previous guest, the remote for the tv didn’t work, the coffee maker in the room ended up sending coffee all over the place when used, there were stains on the bedspread, the key card to access the room deactivated in the middle of the stay, and the hotel had a strange smell to it. It was as though someone had burned incense to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. Since my traveling companion and I did not spend a large amount of time in the room, I did not make the time to address these details while we were there and we stayed in the room long enough to sleep.

It was a clean quiet room but the air conditioner barely cooled me off as I felt unpleasant. I tried to make the best of it but the entire evening I barely accomplished my tasks yet felt refreshed to catch a flick on the television, nice charging ports and okay shower room. I definitely missed out on the pool, but I did catch the morning breakfast as I tried to sleep in extra as I am usually a early riser! I was never accommodated for my plans as my date never fell through on hanging out since I lived outside of her neighborhood. She was a no-show Like how can you trust a 8 out of 10 woman no children Portuguese lady from Badoo. I am sorry for ranting on but I felt like a blogger needed to explain his situation 3 out of 5 stars but happy I am now on genius level for bookings.com The End. United StatesBooking.com did not reveal its a extended stay location with weekly rates. Definitely would not recommend for family with young children to stay. Was nice checking in during day hrs but very deceiving after dark. Randoms hanging out in parking lot no where to park. A lot traffic in and out of motel. Definitely didn’t feel safe going out to car after dark once we got to motel from mall. Will not stay again at this location. Felt very overpriced for how uncomfortable the day was. Breakfast options horrible probably due to covid but definitely not to make you full

United StatesThat I was not refunded for the two rooms I didn’t even want. They only happened because I paid with PayPal and it wasn’t going through. So I hit the button two more times and was charged 3 times. Not cool that I was refused a refund. I’ll also be writing reviews about this on every platform I can find.
I accidentally purchased three rooms through booking.com. I was told I would be refunded through booking.com. When I called booking.com they told me it was through the hotel. The hotel also told me they would call me the next day after they called booking.com and it never happened. I only used one room. This is really unfair and I’ll never stay with your company or parent companies again. I find this unacceptable.
