I was told I’d be getting a refund for being told I would be given a crib then on arrival there was no crib and I got double charged instead

More food on weekdays for people since workers/ occupants took large amounts. Noise by laundry services where people were shouting.

Breakfast was awesome! Had waffle's that you can make with cereals', milk, OJ , yogurts, bananna's , and apples along with different coffee's . Only complaints were noise from some of the occupants shouting in hallways, since onsite laundromat was by my room, and i was working on a night shift in vicinity, and some of the breakfast items were taken by some of hotel occupants ( like not enough to go around). The hotel did work with me on pricing as gouging was going on for St. Pat's day parade in Savannah. I indicated i was here to work, and not party.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor you could tell it had not been mopped or swept in a long time also the continental breakfast was terrible

The facility was obviously still in the final stages of renovation. While most areas were very nice, some areas were a little dusty and cluttered with renovation materials and some things were missing like they still hadn't been delivered, like and office/desk chair for the room.

The staff was very good and were working to finish renovations. The location was close to the parts of the Savannah area I was interested in.

The fact that the manager kept trying to sleep with me and take advantage of a situation that I was in and when I wouldn't do as he asked I was lied to about them being booked and forced to leave with nowhere to go me and my 18 month old son, the toilet seat was broken and constantly running the phone in the room didn't work the room itself was clean but the carpet you can tell and smell that it hadn't been cleaned in awhile along with the air filters and the bedding was ripped the outlets some worked some didn't but I made the best and most of it other then the fact the manager or owner was a complete perv

Everything else. It was being renovated and was a hot mess and so dirty. Our room was gross, we asked for it to be vacuumed because it clearly wasn’t but they didn’t. The paint was peeling everywhere. The bathtub was so stained we felt so uncomfortable standing in it. Breakfast was a joke. A/c was way too loud.

My room floor was wet and also had mold in bathroom with a dirty towel in my room also my TV did not work only was stuck on one channel.

The hotel was under construction, the place looked nothing like the pictures. The rear door stayed open so no security at all. My room door was missing the safety lock and the staff carried a baseball bat down to the lobby while I was walking by. I was alone, felt unsafe.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds. Arrived and was told that was not available. Informed front desk multiple times I brought my dog with me, but was not retaining that information until the last time stating it. Traveled with myself, significant other, two teenagers, and dog, but was not offered any appropriate accommodation to fix the bedding situation. Ultimately ended up having to book a second room at other end of hallway to have enough beds for our family. Did give us $30 in cash as a discount for problem but honestly that wasn’t sufficient since needing to book a whole other room. Also, upon entry to second floor from stairwell, something clearly was rotting as it smelled like pure death as soon as you reached the top of the stairs. Multiple people available to help check us in behind other customers but only one person was doing so which ultimately made us late for our event.

The owner needs to hire more cleaning staff, I’m upset that my room wasn’t cleaned after an all day outing and came back to a unclean room, the manager Usman had to come and clean, him & his wife Fazila, And the hallway needs to stay vacuum
