Someone had run a vehicle into the overhang in front of the building. As it is barely hanging on to the building you still had to walk under it to check in. By no means did it look safe to walk under. Breakfast, well if you made a waffle or stuck to the sausage it was good. The biscuits, gravy and eggs where not very good.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Definitely want to give Trish recognition for going above and beyond. We rented a poolside room. I have a bad back and was looking forward to the hot tub. We got to use it the 1st night with only a few jets working. The 2nd and 3rd night it was completely out of order. With no hesitation Trish upgraded us to a whirlpool suite so I was able to relax my back after working. Thank you

Lighting could have been brighter but that's about it.

Location, pretty clean, nice pool and hot tube though I didn't use them because of tight schedule but I looked at them when going to breakfast room. The food/breakfast was good but the time frame for breakfast was way to short unless you like getting up real early. The coffee machine was broken so the one I was really looking forward to having my 3 cups of Joe didn't happen, everything else like rolls, cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, 4 different types of juices and couple other things were good and looked good as well. So I was very happy with my stay and cost was Very Reasonable too compared to other hotels right by them. They had a nice friendly pub there and the prices were very reasonable for well made drinks. The bartender Adam was very cool and knew pretty much everyone in there so I figure it's a nice local hangout and they had alot of different types of entertainment including Dart Leagues, draws, raffles, gambling machines etc. So a good time I had hanging out there for awhile. Yes when in the area next time I would stay there again no problem.

Rooms were clean and updated. The pool area needed a little more update but assuming it will come with time. All in all the staff was super friendly, easy check in and no issues.

No elevator. Carrying all of our bags for a 4 night stay for a family up stairs. They do not state anywhere that there is no elevator. No housekeeping on multi night stays unless you request it. I requested vacuuming om 3rd day and was told no by a housekeeper. Check out day our cards were turned off when we tried using them at 6 am. I got locked outside twice. Check out was not until noon.

Breakfast area isn't big enough. We had to go down the road to Dennys because of nowhere to sit. Hotel was pretty full so this contributes to lack of seating.

i didn’t like how it doesn’t have an elevator which is essential these days. the parking lot next to the quality inn is in need of repairs and it appears to be a common area for a hundred of more semis to park and rest. making it hard to maneuver the parking lot to access the hotel. also the pool and pool area were very dirty. it didn’t appear the filter was working to the pool properly.

this hotel was very clean, no bed bugs or spiders. it was pretty quiet considering it was located on a busy road with construction actively going on.

Had two comforters that were stained. One with blood and one I don't know. They were replaced but they never should have been used in the first place. It made me question other things. Hallway carpets were bad. And room was surfaced cleaned. It made you question other things
