The property could definitely use some updates. Even a fresh coat of paint would make an improvement. However, that being said I still enjoyed my time there and I would stay again.

The rooms and property were very clean. Breakfast in the morning. Was very good and there was plenty. The stuff we replenished items as they went down. The staff was very courteous and nice. Beds were comfortable.

Room was a bit musty and utilities were run down. The A/C wasn’t operating 100%, and there was mold on the window. Bathroom lacked a working heat lamp and despite having checked-in with 3 people there were only enough towels for 2. Just the way the room was set up, it was a bit hard to access the refridge cause of a chair in the way and the way the tv was bolted down to the dresser wasn’t very comfortable to watch from our bed.

Old style charm was kind of endearing with lovely grounds and nearby restaurant just along the hotel.

Not having elevators. Unfortunately, traveling with people who have mobility problems this really a bit of a challenge.

Room was clean but had some tiny ants in the bathroom. The breakfast was great!

Breakfast was not good. clear fluid came out when I tried to get cranberry juice, this could be improved.

No elevator truly is a huge inconvenience, with two women we had a lot of stuff and it was impossible for me to carry all of these things up three flights for I have a very bad back and knees and it's so inconvenient to have to go through all of that. And then as we go inside our room and we're looking around the towels in the little vanity area were dirty, they had mouth prints on them that was my first inclination that they were used then as I looked at it closely it was dirty which completely made me sick. Upon further inspection it was very dusty didn't look vacuumed at all there was stuff on the floor, we had to get paper towels and toilet paper because there was only one roll of toilet paper and no paper towels which we needed to eat with clean up Etc. But the visitor should never have to buy toiletries or any items for their stay, Period!! And the TV was worthless, there's like four channels so we spent our relaxation time watching things on our phones. If I had known that would have been the case I would have booked a room elsewhere....

I thought that the place overall was very cute and cottagey looking, I love the fact that there are balconies, that there is not only the bathroom but the outside vanity room as well, for I traveled with my friend of 30 years and it makes it way more convenient when you have two females trying to get ready and at the same time. It was close to all of the places I wanted to go, and the gentleman that checked us in was a really nice guy and very pleasant.

My room I couldn’t find in he rain and in the dark. My TV didn’t work my bathroom lacked a towel to step on when taking a shower and the Diana didn’t work

Breakfast was lacking due to so many people eating. No eggs no milk no sugar free syrup .

It’s a beautiful older campus, however, it is run by foreigners so it needs a lot of up keep type maintenance both exterior and interior.
