The hallways seemed too dark. Breakfast was cold and they didn’t refill the coffee pots and all the fruit bars and muffins were gone like in a minute. I stayed in ESA on another state, it was so different.

The location was easy to find.

The property was poorly equipped, no single utensil in the kitchen and was initially told none was available when I asked. I eventually got some after insisting and waiting for hours but it was grossly inadequate. Internet wasn’t available for about 3 days and the room wasn’t cleaned all through our stay. There was also no broom or mop in the apartment for us to do the cleaning ourselves.

The property is well located around basic amenities and property serves light breakfast daily

Bathroom door had a large crack in it which prevented it from closing, there were marks on the kitchen walls, microwave was rusty, bathtub has permeant marks, dust under couch and some other areas. The couch is comfortable, but could do with a clean as it’s a pullout sofa bed. Some cobwebs in the corner of the room too aswell as mildew under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. There is rust in some other kitchen areas too which can be seen on the photos. The kitchen and bathroom are in need of renovation, quite disappointed with the room as the one next door had a nicer kitchen from what we saw when housekeeping was commencing next door. For 10 nights, would’ve been nice to stay in one of the modernised kitchens. One last disappointment was housekeeping was also meant to be coming on Sunday but never showed up.

The property is in a good location regarding you have a car or just want a relaxing break away. It’s close to local malls and high streets which are worth visiting. Staff were nice and always provided clean towels, toilet paper and other requested items when asked for.

Cleaning was not done on alternative days. For 4 days no cleaning happened till checkout day. Washroom in a hotel is not available for guests, limited availability of the washroom is helpful for guests.

This hotel should've never advertised breakfast included. It wasn't even a continental breakfast that was included. It was way less then a continental breakfast. Just hot water and coffee. granola bars that looked like they've been tampered with.

Floor not as clean behind the bed.

I liked the kitchen area, however when I arrived there were no utensils or dishes or pots to cook with and I had to request things. A few of the wash cloths were not clean and a few cracked lights in the bathroom. The bed was comfy so overall it was ok.

Unfortunately the bed sheets were very dirty I asked for new ones they said I had to put it on myself, the tub was stopped up and didn’t drain properly. It wasn’t properly cleaned before I got there I had to clean it twice before I used it just for it to not drain properly then puddle of water made the tub dirty again and the shower head leaked on the side making a puddle of water on the floor by the side of the toilet.

The room set up was amazing very spacious.
