Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI didn't like that. The woman who seemed like the mom in owner was very rude in the morning. After her son told me to place my bags on the chair. And she warned me to place my bags outside. There was a miscommunicate cache. I am disabled and was having to panic attacks episode w newly 2 years of tourette's she was very rude and needs ro learn what tourette's is. The young lady is there in the mornings with a piercings was amazing and so was the young man who was at the desk during the day. And also fix my a c both of them deserve a raise and Made me feel welcome.
I love that it was on top of a hill and it was very peaceful and very nature in the rooms were very big.

United StatesWhat got me was how dirty the floor was from my hotel room. You could tell by looking at it it was dirty the type of dirty where you know they don’t sweep the floors and just mop over it. I had to tell my daughter and husband to not walk barefoot. We were 4, the hotel had 2 small towels one medium face towel and a small. Husband went to ask for more and we were told that we needed to take the ones had in order to get other ones, so in other words make an exchange. The three days we were there we had TWO towels that would barely cover a 7 year old. The beds were hard and they had a fitted sheet that only fit half of the mattress. All in all, the hotel is okay for the price and location but every thing else is disappointing.
The property itself is located in a perfect place. It’s about 6 minutes from six flags and about 20 from Sea World. The hotel is a bit iffy looking but we didn’t have any troubles.

United StatesThe floors were not clean. They needed to be mopped. Toilet was loose. There were little flies all over the bathroom and by the sink area (by the bathroom). The bathtub looked dirty. (We did not use any towels except 1 washcloth. I was killing the flies with it so the kids would go into the bathroom to use the toilet.
I liked there was a refrigerator in the room. The beds were comfortable and bedding clean. The floors not being carpet was nice.

United StatesThe ice machine was not working and management could have offered bagged ice. My room only had ONE plastic cup and the ice bucket didn't have a liner. The AC unit was missing the cover and looked like it was in bad shape however it work...not sure if it will hold up during the peak of summer.
The room was clean and comfortable. For the price it was a decent value for the night. The location was good and the parking lot was well lit but I wasn't able to park in front of the room due to the limited parking.

Other than our tub and counter top being gross the rooms fine. They have a nice size fridge, microwave, and tiny stove. They service is fine, and the room is comfortable.
