We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesPool temperature varied. Was very warm and 2 days later was a bit cooler. Pool lights come on "whenever they want" LOL. Started getting a bit dark in the pool room before the lights came on.
Location was great, very quite area and anything needed was relatively close. Kids loved the pool and Hot Tub. Breakfast was Hot and did not run out! We were there 4 nights. Entire atmosphere was great, we did not experience any issues whatsoever. We will consider this Hotel in the future when we return to Tennessee.

United StatesThere were bugs in the room. Left them on a napkin for housekeeping to see. Went to get breakfast and staff was clearing things out 30 minutes early. No coffee made so I was directed to make mine own in the lobby.
Close to where I needed to be. Price was reasonable first night through booking.com. Extended for a second night due to weather and was charged $12 more than night before.

United StatesWe had booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and hot tub, but they were not open!!! This is not indicated on their website. Also the bathtub in our room wouldn’t drain while we were showering. There were gross particles coming up from the drain.
