Noise due to room location

We would highly recommend not to be put in room 105. It is right beside the office and you hear their door slamming shut each time they leave, and it's right across from the kitchen and you hear all noise of items being prepared. NOT a good room location 🙁

The water pressure was very low when it came to the showers but that’s it.

Everything was pretty good for my birthday stay, my friends and I enjoyed ourselves.

I was double charged for my room, week later still have not rcvd my refund, lack of staff, 1 person to handle everything. Rm description sd can sleep 3 ended having to get a roll away bed. Never go by description on website.

There was a stale smell in my room and the blackout curtains wouldn’t close all the way.

Customer service was very friendly and personable. Check in was quick and easy. It was close to the mall, restaurants and the interstate.

Booked 2 rooms, the first 2 rooms, which were on the second floor, smelled very musty, our sinuses were almost immediately plugged up. Talked to the front desk and we were moved to the third floor immediately, nice clean rooms, no musty smells, much better except the water pressure in 1 room was not good at all, had to flush the toilet 2-3 times and hardly any shower pressure. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10am on weekdays, 9:45 it was already put away. Did not use the pool but did not look to impressive.

Our room needed a once over. I don't think anyone stayed in there for awhile. The refrigerator, shower and night stand needed to be wiped down and dusted. Other then that it was fine.

It was okay. I like the yogurt and juice option. The area was clean and friendly.

The pool was very clean but the water was extremely too cold. I also didn’t like the fact that the rooms did not have tubs as a had a toddler with me.

I like the friendly staff. Someone was always at the front desk to answer whatever questions I had. The pool was clean and the laundry facility was also clean. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection to pick from.

As I mentioned, the beds were full size, queen beds would have been better. And the breakfast was not that good but it was free so I guess I shouldn't expect too much.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room was good, however, the beds could have been a little bigger.

There were a raze on top of the bathroom mirror. The shower door needs a better handler and drain needs to be clean. Also when we were trying to check out at 4:30 a.m. this morning no one at the deck. But he were asleep on the sofa it took another guest to wake him up. Also my receipt I don't understand.

If the masking up policy was enforced, the staff was covered. All the guests coming in and out weren't masked up no following protocol.

Pool was open and that was a added plus. They had a hot breakfast eggs and sausage also a plus.

Some of the hotel had remodeling done however some still needs to be done such as carpeting in the hallways and elevator. The hallway on the 3rd floor felt humid/damp.

Easy to find right next to a mall and multiple other stores. The lobby was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Not much to say as dislike but more like just rated as good not exceptional. They had grab and go breakfast bags and would have been nice to know at check in so not expecting the buffet. But the breakfast bags were good as you have a breakfast sandwich, cereal, milk, juice and muffin. They had coffee and tea bar set up so not bad. Parking got very crowded in the front as everyone wanted to park there even if their rooms was facing back of building.

The pool was good and nice and cool, not too cold, glad I got there mid-week as the weekend there was alot of kids so couldn't enjoy it as much. The facility was nice, clean and welcoming. Would stay again.

The breakfast was garbage. Looked like school bagged lunch with Covid as an excuse but no one had mask or other protective gear which means the dining area and continental breakfast should have been served
