The desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. The room was clean, large and nicely furnished.

The hot tub could be bigger. It had ice cold water coming out all but 1 jet.

The complementary breakfast was really good. The bed was comfortable I slept really well. The room was right off the pool easy to watch the teens.

The running water in the shower was very hard to regulate, sometimes hot, then cold again. There was a light of the swimming pool right infront of my window which was left on during the night and there were no closing curtains in the room.

Clarion is located at the outskirts of Garden City. The rooms are ok and clean, the breakfast was ok as well. It was good enough for the purpose of my short stay.

The complementary sit down breakfast was served in their restaurant by waitresses. The room and beds were very clean & comfortable. The indoor pool was set in an area surrounded by a large lounge that extended to the restaurant and lobby.

The bed was comfortable. Room seemed very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was very good, served by a waiter. But I would have liked to get what I really wanted instead of being restrained by a specific menu with no substitution. I liked the fact that it had a sliding door to the pool area and an easier way to get to the restaurant. I liked the security of the key card entry

As is the trend there is no maid service until the third night but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered. The room is showing wear. Wife got stuck in bathroom due to cheap lock in need of maintenance.

The building and rooms are dated but well kept.

Had to change rooms as the climate control mechanisms emitted a loud shrill squeaking sound when operating. Second room was not as spacious and, thus, more difficult for my handicapped nephew to maneuver with his walker

The front desk clerk put us on the 2nd floor and told us to park in the back which was fine, except she failed to mention that the only elevators were in the front of the hotel. My 81 year old mother was not very happy having to walk from the back to the front due to a bad knee.

Breakfast was good, but slow. We also requested a couple of items when they brought breakfast, but did not receive them. In fact, no one checked on us again after our breakfast was served.
