The first room we were in was horrible. Smelled terrible, bath tub looked torn up and unusable, the tv did not have sound. The room was located directly above the office, near the indoor pool and the road, outside noise was unacceptably loud.

Rate and Location, easy on and off the interstate. Good Mexican restaurant and gas station right across the street. The young lady at the front desk was helpful and moved us to another room.

Breakfast offered waffles, fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt , coffee, oj . Which was a decent selection but they were out of waffle batter and when I asked about it the daytime host said oh I made some yesterday morning and they ate it all up yesterday. I was like you don't make it daily. So I was disappointed because I was looking forward to the waffles .

The pool and hot tub were inside . Parking was available for a trailer. Night time staff girl was completely knowledgeable and nice.

There were not enough towels in the room and there was nobody in housekeeping to provide us towels. The person who was at the front desk didn't even have a key in order to get into the room to get more towels. We had to use the tiny pool towels in order to take a shower.

The continental breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed it more than the adults. The waffles were a hit along with the sausage links.

Room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, but we were exhausted and I put up with it. People coming and going in middle of night and they weren't quiet or respectful.

Breakfast was good, had a decent variety of food and the lady taking care of it was sweet and helpful! The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom needs some updating. The tub needs to be replaced with a new one, it looks like it was painted and it’s now peeling.

Noise from outside cars on road, noise from other rooms. Only had two pillows asked for another but was told they didn't have extras! About 30 minutes later someone brought a pillow. Bathroom was unacceptable, toilet would not flush unless handle was held down. Bathtub was peeling and scratched. No guide for TV, remote did not have a back, batteries were taped in the remote. Could see light door crack. Only towels for 1 person.

The location was convenient for highway exit however it was loud outside traffic and train noise.

I was in a room with two double beds. Both beds were very high off the floor. I needed to drag the chair over to help boost myself into bed. The first bed I slept in, I woke with a terrible backache after only three hours. I realized the mattress was just too soft. Luckily the other bed was a little firmer, but still not the best or most comfortable night I’ve ever had. The blackout shade did not pull completely closed. And there was light bleeding in all around the door frame. Considering the door opens directly to the outside, I can imagine the bugs that can get in.

Facility is a bit shabby around the edges. Stained chair in room. Cracked tub. Adequate for overnight travel, but $80 is the new $50.

My room had a bug in the bathroom the bed was broken and sheets had stains on them.

The location was great for where we had to go. The employee was very nice.

Carpet made my feet dirty. Had to hold down the toilet handle and flush 3 xs. Tub surface completely cracked in half and peeled off. Dead roaches, stairs rusted all the way thru! Party in the next room unresolved, complaints from staff that I didn't call early enough or wait an hour for them to resolve. Their time keeping is faulty..that's all I'm gonna say about charges per night!

Toilet in one of rooms was broken. It needs painting and need new steps. And also ac needs to be fix on inside of rooms. Motel rooms are old and beat up and need major upgrades. Breakfast didn't have no meat served. 2% milk was skin milk.

Staff was friendly and real nice. Pool was clean and had towels to dry off with.

There was a damp mildew smell in the room. We were exhausted and decided just to accept it. The bedding was worn and the towels were adequate for a single person.

One employee was handling both the front desk, and the breakfast area. We had a hard time finding her to check us out. There was a dampness in the air, on the carpet, on the counters, and I felt sticky the entire time that I was in the room. The microwave worked, but appeared to be written in french. I figured it out, since it also had the numbers on it.

The hotel room was out-dated, but still functional. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was better than I expected. The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was convenient to I-75.
