We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNoise from freeway. Clothes dryer broken and no notice was posted - discovered after washing clothes - had to return home with wet clothes. Pool was closed for our whole stay.
Beds were comfortable. Good coffee 24/7 (most of the time). Most of the staff were friendly. Location was good.

United StatesTelephone in the room didn’t work. I picked it up and it wasn’t even plugged in nor near any outlet to possibly ever be plugged up. Toilet kept running constantly. Pool closed for repairs and you can tell it’s been closed for a while. The breakfast options was very slim and the drink machine was broken and pouring out hot beverages. This hotel deserves a upgrade to the entire place.

United StatesEVERYTHING ELSE! The room reeked of a chemical smell! I feared that we were breathing in contaminates. Also, upon pulling the linen back on the bed, we found filth…hairs, dinginess, and smudges. We received more sheets and pillowcases from the desk but the new pillowcases weren’t any better than the previous. Furthermore, the shower was disgusting! There was growth in it and the shower head constantly dripped, so much that the floor outside of the shower was wet. Once you flushed the toilet, it ran until you jiggled the handle several times. The room wasn’t up to par at all! The blow dryer had some unknown substance smeared on it.

United StatesThe hot water was more like lukewarm it should have been hot and I did see ants as well on the towels in the bathroom The other thing I am really dissatisfied with is the fact that I was advised that I would get my $100 holding deposit back after check out and I still haven’t got it back I checked in on Tuesday 3 PM and checked out the very next day sooner than what I was supposed to and I was advised by staff member that I would get my deposit would be immediately and I still haven’t got it back and I am now on Sunday I went there because we were in the process of preparing for a hurricane this is very frustrating .

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Bad bad and unsafe air to breathe. The air was very heavy in the rooms due to probably mold or old. We walked out as soon as we get in the first room, we requested a second room on another floor and same issue. Finally, we requested to get a full refund since the hotel was not able to provide me and my fiancé a 3rd room and we could get really sick if slept in this hotel. The manager was not there and waited until the next day to speak to her. After those 2 days, the manager Teresa denied to get us any refund saying the hotel had no issues. I mean, one of the rooms door was also broken and couldn’t open until Rosa at the front desk was able to open it after a few tentatives pushing. We ended up sleeping in another hotel! Really unfair and bad experience!
