The entire hotel was DIRTY and smelled like mold. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time and there were splashes of something on the walls of the room. The shower was very dirty and I had to clean it before I could use it.

The location of the hotel was very close to most of the major places and good restaurants. The bed was comfortable

The floors in the breakfast area and the hallways were sticky. It must be the cleaning solution that should be changed. The carpets in the hallways were stained badly. They should be cleaned or replaced. The sheets were stained on our bed. Hire a cleaning expert for the entire facility and keep them on board. This will revolutionize your business. You can call them the Quality Wizard of Clean. Do it! It will be well worth the investment. Good luck!

The front desk team was courteous. The parking was convenient. Our room overlooked a lake but there was trash on its shores. We did see a beautiful blue heron making the best of the dirty lake.

The hotel is in serious need of a complete remodel. I actually thought this would be a good hotel for someone to purchase and gut for a total replacement. The carpets and floor tiles look to b 20+ years old and show the results of commercial use with evidence of spills, stains and mildew. The furnishings are also in need of replacement. The shower rod almost fell out of the shower.

The location is convenient with adequate parking.

The breakfast, it wasn't like it said in the website. They need more items, like oatmeal, grits, gravy, biscuits.

Breakfast was free but we have had better at other Quality Inns. There was only dry cereal, muffins, waffles, juice & coffee. Breakfast room not particularly clean & windows hadn't been washed in quite some time. Our room was very musty smelling. It did not appear to have been properly vacuumed. If we hadn't been so tired when we arrived, we would have moved to another room. The hallway has scattered debris all along it. The foyer of the hotel preseted well - clean, bright, nicely decorated. However, the rest of the hotel appeared tired & poorly maintained.

We were greeted in Reception by a very kind man, Richard. He obtained a light bulb for us as 1 was missing from our lamp, & recommended a restaurant to us that we liked.

That when 1st tried to check in(early) i was told there were no clean rooms come back @ 3. Had to sleep in the lot for 7hrs. When i called @ 11a. Was told come right in we have plenty of rooms & I wasn't the 1st to report that I was told that. *Somebody didn't wanna do their job.(Ovanight staff- older lady). **My 1st room, fridge was missing so recieved a free upgrade which was nice afta the other ordeal. ***There were ants in my bathroom(5th floor King suite). Which only makes me wonder how many on that dark carpet i didn't see.. ****2/5 days the breakfast was not finished being put out & morning staff didn't know how.. So there was no milk & the waffle mix had to be taken out & poured from the top because it wouldn't come out the spouts & 2nd day the yogart wasn't put out. Oh & there was never in the whole 5day any spray for the waffle irons so all waffles were sticking & hard to get off(if they dodn't just burn up). *****That when i needed to extend 1 night, I had to pay the rate of my free upgrade & not the price of the room I intially reserved.

Bed was very comfy & was pretty quiet fo a hotel many ppl live in.

I guess the level of cleanliness matches the price. A 40 year old building that is falling apart. We had heavy downpours during my stay and there was water leaking through the ceiling in the lobby and breakfast areas.

They should have a discount while the pool was under maintenance. Also the whole week I was yhere the refrigerator dod not work in toom # 142 Some of my food was spoiled. I reported it to the front desk nothing happen.

Breakfast was excellent. The worker was always present to provide service if needed.
