At check in we could not get anybody to come to the front desk to help us even though we heard several staff in the back office chatting. We called several times and nobody answered the phone, tried to politely yell back with no luck and finally yelled back a bit more aggressively and probably annoyed the person that came out It was 1:45 and we were told we could not check in until 2:30 at the earliest even though there was plenty of availability. Annoying but fine. We were placed in a room right next to the office, the floor was extremely sticky as if the wrong type of cleaning product was used (we didn't complain about this, it was a long day, but we should have). Realized next to the office the door would continually keep slamming into the office and within the office area itself, this went on until 11 or 12 and started again at about 5 or 5:30am. Called at around 11 to ask for a switch and was (politely) told only a manager could make the switch in the am but that the person I spoke to would try to keep it down. Only there for one night so this didnt help at all, barely slept, floors were gross, maybe it was a fluke but it was a crappy overall experience and I would not return as I typically have great experiences at other hotels with similar prices in Denver.

Location was nice, most of the staff we interacted with were very nice.

The hotel room had no remote control for the TV. The towels were dingy, also it looked like stains on the chair near the bed and the front desk never responded to any quarries. When it was time to check out noone was in the office.

Inefficiency of staff.. they still have not corrected this.

I was double charged. I was suppose to be be reimbursed for the 1rst 2 days and charged for a week. I've called 4 times and nothing has been resolved.. my brother was in the hospital for 9 days. And to be charged double is just not right. I am very disappointed

I went into the room and the lights were on, there was trash on the counter and in the garbage, the soap was open and used, and a towel was used. When I called the front desk they said, “Oh it was cleaned but we put people in there today and they didn’t like the room so they switched rooms.” They wouldn’t switch me rooms or have someone come clean up. Room was gross and overall a bad experience.

There wasn't a breakfast, there were some stale muffins and granola bars and free coffee that was empty every time I went to get some and required notifying the staff that there was no coffee. There was minimal interest on the part of the staff to make sure things were correct. We could not log on to the free wifi and it took three requests on our part to get that resolved. Our refrigerator did not work and even though I notified the manager and was told a tech would be sent to the room no one showed up. We were awakened frequently by guests who were allowed to stay even though the police eventually came to their room to investigate.

The hotel was situated close to where we needed to go.

Located in a bad area. Dirty lobby. No elevators. We were not given the room type we booked. Kitchenette equipment was left to me to lug to the room due to a "problem with theft". Kitchenette equipment was worn out and dirty. Only one key card worked. Door to room was not even latched and didn't lock properly. Stained and ripped up furniture. Mold in window. Filthy room. Broken fixtures and appliances. Strong smell of filth, cigarettes and illegal substances. Cigarette burns on counters and furniture. Pools of obvious human fluids in at least 5 locations. Bathtub stopper was broken. Curtains were falling down. Bad smell in fridge and freezer. We would not have sat down on any of the nasty furniture or slept in the bed. We did not feel safe. My family and I could not have gotten out of there quickly enough and checked right out. Now, I'm fighting with booking.com and the property to get my money back.

The hotel has several buildings and it could be that the situation is different in other buildings. We were given a horrible room. The carpet and walls were stained, the curtains where ripped, it smelled like rotten food and later in the evening the ventilation started to bring cigarette and other smoke inside the room. We had to wash our clothes the second day. It was extremely dirty (hair in the shower and in the bed, old stained sheets, mold in the bathroom etc.). The worst part is the constant loud noise from the busy street nearby and the unfortunate people that gather in the area for shelter. Around 1AM another guest started yelling in the parking lot because her kid was crying. She locked her toddler in the car outside to get rid of the crying while she went back in her room.. Horrible experience. We booked two nights but we left the second one. We couldn't sleep for a minute.

The location is great. There are a few supermarkets and places to eat nearby. The WIFI was OK. However, the downsides are quite a few. Breakfast is offered but it's not much (no seating, very very basic).

The double room we booked was unavailable and we were given a room which had not been cleaned. we finally had to settle on a single room which while clean was held together in parts with masking tape. The room had undeniably been smoked in. I would recommend avoiding this property.

Even though some things were falling apart, it didn't ruin our stay, so I don't think there was anything we can really complain about.

The staff was super helpful and the room was just what we needed. Very comfortable, just a bit old and some things were falling apart.

The sheets were stained. The bedding had vomit on it with a horrible stench coming from it. The faucet was leaking. The floors were sticky and had crumby and bugs. Very unwelcoming. Very unclean. Couldn’t sleep here.

When turning on microwave above stove electrical fire smell occurred, counter tops never cleaned..how do you know you ask, when placing anything on counter it stuck to it and looking from a angle you then see dried drinks of some kind, fleas in room: hundreds of bites thank you calamine lotion for relief, bathroom towel for floor when you step out of shower had black sneaker imprints as if used to dry floor by housekeeping then recfolded and hung, sleeper sofa had cigarette holes, dresser drawer taped shut by me so I wouldn't hit it because it wont stay closed, TV placed in front of dresser mirror so situational awareness was non existent, tub had black ring so it was not cleaned, shower curtain rod was torn from wall, and ac worked when it felt like it. Mentioned all this to frontdesk and response was wooooow! No compensation. Oh yes , lastly, kitchen , nothing provided you have to buy own pots and pans, utensils, etc..upon check out front desk response to that was "oh there's a pamphlet in the room and you just tell us what you need and we will provide it immediately " , to that we said "what pamphlet"?. They checked...no pamphlet. Lastly the reason for those items not in room is due to high theft in that area. Long story short..no compensation just "please leave review on booking.com......OK!

I booked room in February for June trip. Drove 3 days to get there. When I went to check in they didn't have us a room. Said county made them do immediate repairs so they had to move people around. I had a paid reservation for 4 months! They didn't even bother to call us to let us know so we could have found something on the way. Ended up sitting in parking lot trying to find another hotel for our stay.
