They put a man with heart disease and on oxygen upstairs when the motel was informed ahead of time one of my party was on oxygen. Also, after the first night we went out for coffee, and when we returned our room had been cleaned, and the cleaning lady had stolen our groceries, and our possessions (battery charger and phone chargers) were on her cleaning cart. We didn't even stay the second night because one of the party had difficulty accessing the room, plus we were afraid of being robbed again.

We reserved two rooms with two beds in each. They gave us two rooms with a king bed in each. One room smelled really really musty and the other room smelled like someone had been smoking dope in it. The beds looked dirty and the room also, We did not stay!

Its SO gross. Stinks, bugs crawling around, shower floor was sticky 🤢, hair in the sink, breakfast was just pitiful. It was packaged snack cakes, a few bananas and there was a waffle maker for those who enjoy (I personally don’t) and the coffee was unbearable. This place should be ashamed of themselves for renting rooms for the price we paid. I was robbed. It needs to shut down & do a complete rebuild. At check in a bub crawled across papers on the desk and the guy just looked at it and acted like nothing was going on. GROSS

Didn't like? hotel is to be non-smoking. The halls smelled like smoke and the room we were going to stay in was heavy with smoke smell. We gagged when in that room. The tv wasn't working, maybe something wrong with the remote. I took it to the front desk. I eventually talked with the front desk and Booking.com to get a refund on a room that wasn't acceptable. We also found out that this place had about 80 rooms and they could only use about 40. Something was wrong with the other rooms--not having been cleaned, maybe some plumbing problems, maybe not enough beds in a room. ????

The front desk, Jeff, was extremely helpful. The property was not acceptable and he worked with us to get a refund.

Staff was rude and didn’t care about issues. I booked a room and requested handicap accessible room because I use a power chair. They put me on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. The room was “OK”, but there was mold/ mildew in the shower and around the base of the shower outside.

We got the room at 2 am to sleep a few hours and then get back in the road and with this kind of problems had no time to argue. But I don’t understand why was I allow to book a room they did not have available because soonest I walk in he said they didn’t have my room available then he got me this one witch was never cleaned after it was used.

This property needs to be excluded from booking.com. I learned (from the sister motel where we were sent) that frequently this super 8 gives away the room to another party that is booked on booking.com. I spent an hour at the desk waiting for the receptionist to find me the room I booked. Finally she gave me a single bed room instead of the two bed room. Then she finally said I need to cancel the booking on the third party website, then pay again at the sister property. My credit card had not been charged until I arrived and gave it to her. I told her she needs to give me a refund. I argued that I would not get my money back if I cancel. Another guy came and leaned across the counter sticking his face in mine and telling me it is my responsibility to cancel the booking. Imagine that. They screwed up and it becomes my problem. Fortunately I found a number to call in the app and a very nice woman refunded the charge.

Beds were dirty. Room smell stinks plus it was really dirty. A lot of insects and bugs in the room. Bathroom was not clean at all had to clean it before using it. Room service never came to change the towels, bedsheets, and bring toilet paper.

It was the most nastiest hotels I have ever been to. A run down hotel in the middle of the reservation was better than this one. It smelled really bad between cigarettes and body Oder. The shower has mold and hair in it like it hasn’t been clean in months, the water pressure was very slow, the coffee maker was gross and wasn’t clean, the beds smelled like body odor, the air conditioner wasn’t even working right, it stunk and had dead bugs inside of it. Over all, shut the place down already.

Filthy trashy junked up. The inside of the building needed vacuuming!! The curtains don’t fit the window and they had holes in them. The toilet isn’t hooked to the floor.
