Had a problem with the TV remote not working after the TV came on. Went to front desk thinking it was a battery issue, but that didn't resolve the problem. Ended up unplugging the remote to get the TV to turn off. Morning clerk said they have had a run-on their TV remotes going bad. He would have a different remote for me when we returned. It worked for a while, but I ended up having to unplug it to turn it off also - frustrating.

The location is great for going to Arches NP. The facility was in good shape, and the breakfast area was clean, and the choices were good. The pool area was expellant, and very well kept. The room was spacious & clean.

Everything was ok. The mosquito net and window looked old, but it's not a big deal for us.

Everything was as expected, room was spacious and clean enough. A lot of restaurants, grocery store, brewery are just few steps from the hotel. Hotel is pet friendly, it was the most important reason for us to stay there.

Fitness center was extremely hot and muggy being in the same room as the pool without a separate hvac system. Made working out virtually impossible

We just stayed one night passing through to see arches national park. Check in was quick. Good location, clean room and bathroom. Nice to have the extra space in room with couch area so we could eat dinner in the room. For the kids, the pool was big and I liked the locker room for rinse off and when they needed the bathroom.

Breakfast was the same each day - some diversity of the hot food would be a solid improvement. Didnt feel like the price aligned with the value of the hotel - felt overpriced for what we got.

Location was nice - right in the heart of places we were visiting. Breakfast the first day was solid - appreciated the variety. Staff was responsive and helpful - made checkin and other needs easy to handle. Pool was great - the family loved it. Place felt safe and comfortable.

The pool wasn't open due to issues. The heated pool was the only reason we booked with that hotel because my daughter had asked to swim every day of our vacation and had not had time. Maybe list that on your online listings. Only 1 washing machine worked. Also, the front desk associate was very short with me and would barely look at me. But when my son had to go back because the key wouldn't work, he was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Everything worked, and it was quiet. Breakfast was really good.

Room wasn’t clean. Bed sheets were duty, floor not clean. Found pets hair all over the place. Floor were sticky and muddy everywhere. I had to ask for a mop so I could clean the floor.
