Location was great! The pool was very nice and it was the warmest pool I have every been in. Kids loved it and didn't get cold. Very clean, nice staff and the breakfast was good. Would stay here again!

Pool wasn’t filled. Shower was funky but at least there was glorious hot water. Floors weren’t clean.

Mattresses and bedding are hideous - the pool was the only reason we selected this hotel and learned as we entered that it was down. Odd that you have no entry common bathrooms.

our floor was sticky as we walked in on the tile floor . bedding was stained and maybe could be thrown out . couldn’t adjust the heat on the hot tub and it was only warm and would of been nice to soak in hot water after a long day of hiking .

it was nice having a breakfast and that their pool and hot tub were open.

Everything inside is like you are familiar , the friendly staff , the clean and the confort of the rooms , the breakfast was delicious. This place is so close of Arches N.P. Definitely we come back again.

key card didn’t work, had to get it reprogrammed each time I returned to room. TV didn’t work, an attempt to fix it failed, second attempt worked the second day. Ice machine on floor didn’t work.

1) the property was under renovation. We were put in a room right next to where renovations were taking place, even though the hotel had plenty of vacancies. We had to move a chair, and extension cords to get into our room. A mattress was on one side of our door, and the box spring was on the other side. the first night of our stay they worked until 9pm; the second day they worked 10am-8pm. They were cutting tile outside of our window, and there were construction noises coming through our wall the entire time. When we asked the front desk about this, he said there was nothing they could do about it and that “IT WAS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO CHECK FOR CONSTRUCTION”. 2) We asked for maid service and was told, “We don’t do that in Moab! You can come to the desk if you need more towels”. 3) The front desk workers never smiled, never said Hi, never made eye contact, never welcomed us to the property. They both seemed very unhappy; especially the day lady.

The room was very good. Comfortable bed, decent shower, nice furnishings. The breakfast cook was friendly and courteous.

Not having our trash emptied out or having out towels changed daily. The shower adjustments were difficult and couldn't figure out how to set the temperature. Also noisy neighbors past midnight!

The breakfast options were very good. We were close to the park so we had plenty of time to enjoy a good breakfast prior to Hicking around.

Due to a major remodeling project going on, there was furniture and building material throughout the hallway. When we walked into our room, there was a gecko in the room. Saw it for a brief moment and then never again.

The location was perfect. The staff seem uninterested at times but once engaged, they happily took care of our needs. There was also no extra charge for our pet, that was a nice surprise

it’s a little tricky to get out of parking lot when headed to arches, petroglyphs, dead horse state park and downtown Moab but not impossible just takes lots of patience.

pool was nice and warm. good breakfast food with options. sound didn’t carry super easy from other rooms. no pet fee.

It looked like our room was in the middle of being renovated and then stopped. Holes in walls, doors, masking tape around poles. Old switchplates and receptacle covers.

Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Boys loved the pool and hot tub. Pullout couch was nice for boys. Beds were comfortable.
