Bathroom door did not close. No garbage container in the room. Coffee on site would have been nice and I believe it was advertised. I had a 20-minute wait for check-in at the kiosk because a softball team was checking in ahead of me. The rep on the kiosk seemed confused about my prepayment for the room. He kept asking me to sign the form to accept the rate. I had already accepted the rate when I prepaid. It concerned me that I would be charged a second time.

It didn’t look like the pictures provided. Not the cleanest room. Floor was sticky and AC didn’t work. Stains on blankets, towels, walls, and floor. No breakfast either. Sadly, not a satisfying stay but perfect for very last minute options.

Customer service, the kiosk was very nonpersonable. There was no information given on check out procedure, I had to come ask questions myself. Would have nice to notified of construction being done when booking a room, the construction noises were very loud in our room.

Room was not clean. A napkin and bottle cap behind the nightstands. Cobwebs between bathroom door and wall. Showerhead too low so I had to crouch to wash my hair and I am less than 6ft tall. Indoor Hot tub was covered by a tarp. Not available.

They were doing construction so I know it was going to be messy. There was no lock on the side door. That didn't make me comfortable when I arrived at 12:30am Monday morning from playing at a trivia contest. There were no waste baskets in the room. The water took a good long time to warm up in the shower. Bed looked a little dumpy but slept ok for me. I could stay there again, but if I brought my wife along, I would be looking for a different hotel.

Price. It was the lowest price in town to my knowledge..

The property is under construction and a mess. the rooms have dust everywhere and if it’s an upgrade it’s minimal. Everything still looks straight out of the 80s. Doors didn’t open and close freely and the appliances didn’t work well.

The place is run-down and dirty. Not even coffee in the morning. We stayed there about a year ago and they were remodeling. Still in the same shape with no progress we could see. We figured all would be good, but no. We won't be staying there again.

The large room had only two lamps (no overhead lighting) and one of the lamps didn't work. There was not a single waste basket in the room, and not one chair. The TV did not work. Paint on the walls was peeling.

Everything, except the person checking me in. The hotel is right off the Hwy across from another hotel so it’s in a good neighbourhood but being taken over by drug users. The check in was Very casual but Johnathon explained the hotel was under renovations and pool could not be used. The nonsmoking room was filled with smoke smell and the bedspread had cigarette holes on it. The hallways were scary with broken lights in the hallways, I have never ever seen a more scary unkept hotel in all my years of travelling.

Very scary property. Should be closed as they do renovations. Very dangerous to guests with notices on the doors that drug use is suspected by the Stevens Point Police and with drug sniffing dogs on the property and that the guests should not approach these dogs.

Room laminate floors were filthy, the shower head had no water pressure (extremely outdated), absolutely no air circulation in the bathroom so that meant alot of water on the floor. The bed was super hard and squeeky, the swimming pool was cold and they didn't have the lights on in the pool area. The orange juice was rancid (clumpy/warm) apple juice was super warm,

Check-in was simple. Online pricing was extremely low. Front lobby was welcoming. Front desk manager was very pleasant. She also checked me out in the morning.

I was told it would be a queen bed, but it was a double. The bathroom was under construction, with some splash boards missing around the sink. The toilet seat nearly came off when I sat on it. That's because the person who installed the seat forgot to tighten it. Seriously, he forgot to tighten it. The tub/shower curtain was thrown over the top, perhaps because the workmen were unable to finish the job they were on.

Easy checkin, quiet facility, good breakfast. The location was very convenient.

The price was good, but the hot tub was closed and the pool temperature was cold. On our first morning, the waffle mix was empty with an hour before breakfast was to be done. The front desk associate was informed, and he did nothing about it.

I did not like that the pool wasn't available and it was it was shown on their website. Our shower didnt work and there was no phone in our room to call the front desk. And they had free breakfast but the Bengals were all in a bag and everyone just opened and stuck their hands in. I don't think I saw that at a hotel even before Covid.
