It was very very crowded. Always a wait for elevators, and/or check in only reservations for the restaurant even though there were obvious open tables. Pool area was nice but crowded with lots of kids.

no jacuzzi! Just two sheets and a thin blanket on the bed and no way to turn up the thermostat. Also at the front desk the guy told me I would have to pay $20 a day for parking. I questioned it because bookings said parking was free. so I saved the money. And then it was free.

I wish parking was free for guests, since parking at the mall is free. The bed/pillows were not comfortable at all.

Beautiful space, nice rooms. The onsite restaurant was really good, and the decor was modern and sophisticated. The pool was nice to have for playing with our kid, and being connected to the MOA was great for winter! Went to a movie and dinner without taking our coats.

I had one crappy desk person when I asked about the bathtub. SHE was not helpful. I called the first night . Evidently you have to request a bath tub . When I checked in I asked the clerk he didn't know how to find one and had no clue what to do. So that being said not sure how anyone gets a bathtub! So in t GG e future staying here with a bath tub I will be making calls prior to ensure. Sheesh... seems rather annoying. BTW you can slip in a shower as well as a bath....so mute point on insurance claim... I Tipped valet and housekeeping v e ry well they deserved every penny... desk staff needs more training!! "I don't Know" is not high in Customer Satisfaction.

I Loved the location so nice to use skyway to get to shopping and restaurants. The restaurant inside the Hotel was very nice as well. I was taken back by not having a bath tub preference when booking. As well as it being an upcharge... oh also no microwave in room should be common amenities included. The Room was nice and the cleaning staff friendly and helpful.

No complaints except my bed wasn't the most comfortable but that still is not giving me a right to complain ( it's just not my type of mattress)!

Very clean room. The lobby is exceptionally breath taking! It's a vibe! The staff was very pleasant! It's literally connected to the mall so we didn't have to go out in the cold!

When I called for reservations with specific requests for three rooms next to each other, two rooms with double beds and one with a king bed, I was assured my requests were met. However, the three rooms were each on different floors and the room request for a king size bed was a room with a double bed. Because our stay was short, we did not complain, however I was disappointed that I was assured my requests were honored, but in actuality were not. We made the best of our stay although our requests and assurances were not met.

During the adult only swim hour of 10pm to 11pm, there were kids present and I would have appreciated an hour of peace to relax and swim. This should be enforced by staff if that's what the hour is labeled as!

Rooms not cleaned daily. Price too expensive for what you get. Restaurant closes too early. I you don’t clean the rooms, you need to replenish toilet paper etc.

bathroom could have been cleaner. There were cut finger/toe nails on the floor and hair on the roof and floor. The pool area was overly humid and chlorine smell was very strong.

It may've just been bad timing but check in got hectic. The wait was long and the lobby was crowded. That being said, the staff was still prompt and helpful.

Excellent and convenient location being attached directly to the mall. We were able to make trips back to our room to drop off bags when our hands were full. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms spacious.

Room had only some minor issues. One of the desk drawers had someone's left over change and a lighter. The closet door had scotch tape on it. Also some of the lamps didn't work. Seem like housekeeping isn't keeping up with their responsibilities.
