The room wasn’t clean, the tub and toilet were dirty with hair on the toilet seat and in the tub. The water was brown and we couldn’t shower. We had to use the bottle water we had to brush our teeth and wash our face

I liked the location because it wasn’t far from the college where my daughter had orientation at.

Everything was nice except, front desk guy who checked us in, was not friendly. And then there was a weird guy hanging out at the pool. Dont leave your kids unattended, anywhere around there !

Condoms and pubic hair found in room, staff seemed to not care. He continued doing dishes and did not bother to even pause, said I'd get a refund but refused a confirmation. Still waiting.

dirty, dirty dirty, about 10 dead flies on window sill, another few on bathroom sink area and sink itself. pulled covers back and there was a marble sized piece of brown substance on sheet. 🤮 wife grabbed blanket and pillow out of car and slept on top of covers, if it wasn’t midnight and we weren’t just crashing and continuing on in morning I would of complained. Front desk guy not friendly at all. no personality.

The floors were dirty. They felt sticky. If they were washed often, then everything would be fine. I wasted my drink which was water and wiped it up with a towel and the towel was filthy from the floor.

The entire property needed to be cleaned, painted, and free of bird Pooh. There was only one chair in room and it was very stained. It was in a place in the room where it couldn’t be utilized comfortably. Floors were disgusting and there were no supplies like shampoo or conditioner. Just because a place is priced economically doesn’t mean it is ok to be filthy. I would never go again or recommend it to anyone else. We drove from NJ to attend a memorial service.

Floors peeling up and completely messed up, shower came up immediately after turning on, AC didn’t work it blew hot air, door in the bathroom broken on back. water was yellow like their plumbing is messed up. REFUSED TO GIVE REFUND after only 2-3 hours (wanted to leave once we saw water it was the last straw) ended up leaving a forfeited our money. seedy hotel and management.

Couldn't figure out the live tv channels, but was able to watch Amazon

breakfast could use a little more options, like donuts and danish or muffins Location was perfect for our next stop on our vacation. Found a great restaurant about 10 minutes away called Adams Taphouse

It was close to our basketball tournament at the University of MD. Close to food, Ocean City was only a 40 minute drive. The bed was so comfortable, the AC had a fan that ran constantly which was nice for white noise. The front desk was very accommodating. Beautiful outside with nice landscaping. It's not the Hyatt but it was perfect for what we needed it for, a place to sleep and rest in between games.

Management very rude.

The owner was very disrespectful and unaccommodating. I stayed for two weeks and the owner refused to clean my room. He made me carry all my bed linens to the laundry room, all the way around the back of the building and carry all of it back to my room and make my own beds and clean my own room. I spent over$1,500 on that room. I do not recommend this hotel for more than one night. I had ask for a broom and dust pan to sweep my room too. The whole management was rude and acted like I had killed their mother just because i asked for things we needed. Right down to a cup. The wife screamed at me in her native tongue. Very rude management.. great location other than all that. I killed them with kindness though. Not stooping to their levels.

Room was nasty doors and walls were dirty water was brown floor had small pieces gone thru out room. Other room was a bit cleaner but still had brown water and had a weird smell. Hair in shower towels smelled dirty shower head needed cleaning.

. No one to Greet or acknowledge you when walking into the lobby. It was cold and pretty much dark. I rang the bell 4 times.no one came out to the front desk. I had to call the hotel to get someone. Rude uncaring attendant. Unbelievable. Never Again. I asked about breakfast. We were told starts at 7 am. Husband went down at 7:30. Front door locked no breakfast no attendant. Very unprofessional and uncaring.no people skills. The woodlike floors were coming unglued causing me to trip. Not safe bathroom floor was dirty. Horrible experience.. You get what you pay for. I GUESS? HORRIBLE

The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was dirty I had to go buy lysol wipes. When I lifted the lid the seat was brown and dirty. It finally came clean after a few wipes. Stove and oven didn't look like they've been cleaned in months. There was someone elses garbage on the floor upon check in. Had a TV that worked and one that didn't work.

The place is simply dirty! With dead bugs on the window seal floor tile coming beds not properly made. You should take them off your list.
