The man working at the front desk with the Yankees cap . I had a few questions before booking I felt very rushed off the phone and his attitude all together wasn’t very welcoming

The breakfast was easy to grab, just enough choices. We particularly liked the hot instant oatmeal we made ourselves. The attendants were courteous, attentive, and helpful.

This is a nice hotel for a person on a budget. The accommodations are nice enough. Just a few complaints: my key card to my room would not work on a couple of occasions. Laundry room washers had soap on them. No lobby for guests to chill or relax. The stove took a while to heat up. The hotel itself is outdated and No full breakfast. However, Im glad I was able to cook there to save money. It is a safe and quiet working class neighborhood. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I needed to.

I spilled a little coffee on the entrance floor & the towel was black from the dirt. Coffee was brown, floor was black on the towel.

A muffin is not breakfast. The room was a nice size.

Could not connect to Wi-Fi. Cobwebs. Recliner and surface of furniture dusty. The floor was dirty, the bottom of my socks were filthy and I only stayed in the room which indicates to me a mop had not touch the whole floor in a while.

Unfortunately, I was awakened by (I assume) the guests above me that sounded to be performing an exercise routine that was shaking the entire room. I was also disappointed by the lack of kitchen utensils in the space; in other stays, the space has been equipped with pans and dishes, but this one had absolutely nothing. I wish I had realized this fact before I had changed into my pajamas as I had to walk downstairs in my slippers for a fork so I could eat my dinner.

I have enjoyed staying at other ESA locations and was glad I selected the one in Dublin for my recent trip to Columbus- it was in a safe and enjoyable area while being a 20-minute drive from downtown. I was allowed to check-in late (around midnight) and was greeted by a clean and comfortable room where I enjoyed a solid 9 hours of sleep with their blackout curtains!

There was no breakfast. Grab and go was suspended due to Covid and has not been restarted as of June, 2021. There were no washcloths in the bathroom, and no hair dryer.

The gentlemen at the front desk were very pleasant when we arrived and when we left the following morning. Good price for our overnight stay. Disabled parking was very helpful.

I booked the room on the app and paid for it in the app. The hotel never received my booking and would not let me stay.

Had booked an accessible room and confirmed. They did not have one available for me. Could not take a shower next morning. Also was there at Noon to check in. Was told check in was 3pm but could check in for $16.50/hour. So room was ready but would have to pay $49.50 to get into the room. Also - they advertise breakfast included but it was just coffee (which I do not drink) and health bars. So had to go out to have breakfast. Last time!!!! Could not be more disappointed.

A hand held shower head in the handicapped bathroom please.

Location was great. Place was clean and quiet hours were enforced. Front desk staff was also very kind. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was easy to log into. This is a great place to stay.
