The decor of Room was outdated

When i went to check in to my rooms there was a problem with checking in due to you guys having my dates wrong for checking in and out...it took and hour for the management to find me in your system and then when she did find me i didn't have my rooms. So she had to go in and do an override IP n her system to even get my rooms.

The staff was helpful.

The outdoor pool was not operable. It was not even filled with water so that was disappointing. The breakfast could have been better. There was only 1 kind of fruit each morning, so basically that was all I had because there was no meat like bacon and scrambled eggs. Unless you were a waffle fan, there really wasn't a whole lot to satisfy you.

loved the hot tub and indoor pool. The breakfast was o.k.. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff made it clear that it was o.k. to leave our motorcycles under the awning and she would be there all night and would make sure they were ok. I felt safer that way.

I asked for housekeeping to clean our room and they did not change out bed sheets after i ask them to. I had to request them to clean our room!

The room was ok, The Breakfast was Terribile if they can't do any better than they need to not offer it at all!! Pool was nice but it needed cleaned as well as the hot tub- dirty!

Mold in caulking around tub, refrigerator missing leg, totally unbalanced when opening door, lavatory spigot not tight, would swivel. Sisters room, toilet plugged and useless night shift guy did not respond, after being told. Went on for 28 hours. rest of family said "worst facilities " in ages.

The place is nasty ! And smelled really bad! Did not stay after checking out room

I didn’t stay ! I got there and the lobby smelled real bad ! I got room key and it would not work ! He gave me another key to different room and same results, finally got key to different room and the room smelled bad also! Went to turn heat on in room and control knob fell off in floor! At that point I went back to lobby and got out of there !! Told them to cancel ! Went to red roof in and it was great and clean!!

After thinking long and hard, the shampoo is blue and I suppose someone or kid may think it’s mouthwash. That’s the best I can come up with.

There are a number of hotels near by some of them much newer, however this hotels room and bathroom, (and lobby and breakfast area) but when you travel sometimes you get out of the shower feeling more dirty then when you got in. The tub here I would practically take a bath in without as much as rinsing it. Most places I’m afraid to stand in the shower it looks so bad. Also the shower curtain is twisted and stuck to Tub by magnet so you can see the inside that will be possibly grazing you in the shower has not one stain not one hair. For the first time on my trip I felt clean!

The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned properly. I did NOT use.

Hotel Staff was exceptionally wonderful. I paid extra for an upgraded room through Booking.com & came to realize that it wasn’t a such thing when I arrived. Quality Inn made our stay more enjoyable & pleasant. Hotel staff Becky & Zack took care of the mix up & provided me with a better option. Thank you guys so much for everything. I will visit again.

I didn't like that I had to waste 2 hours of my planned and paid for family outing with my family. Had I not called ahead to make sure they knew we were coming in after 1am, I would have had to go through the same ordeal but at a much later time when I was ready for bed.

The front desk associates at both locations couldn't find a reservation for us in their system. But, after a 2 hour delay they were finally able to find us. Booking.com put it in as Macklin Douglas instead of Douglas Macklin.

The bedding was covered in stuff, room just didn’t feel clean, lamps were rusty and dirty. Little privacy thin walls people kept us up all night

No bed bug covers on the mattresses!!! The room was kind of dirty. Specks of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the mattress has some brown substance on the side, and debris on the floor .

Can’t go wrong with Quality, receptionist was pleasant and explained all of the rules along with when Pool and breakfast are available. Also house keeping always came by at a good time when we needed something.

Our bath tub had red and black mold, we could not shower. The mattress, covers all had stains. The room was damp and musty. We had no choice but to sleep there, because booking.com wouldn’t let me cancel it. Booking.com needs to have forgiveness when finding you booked a terrible room.

The orange juice was horrible tasted like pool water. There wasn't alot to choose from just waffles or dry breakfast stuff. Wish you didn't have to wait for check in till 3.

The bed was nice and the place was clean and staff was nice. The waffles were great! Very comfortable bed. Loved the pillows very fluffy.

The room cleaners left my sisterinlaw door open for the whole day after we were out for the day when they took out the trash and put fresh towels. We come back at 10pm and see room was never closed!!!!!!Who does that?! Also, hallway smelled like straight up WEED! Lastly, the front desk does not answer at all!
