the floors felt terrible. they easily got dirty. could hear the upstairs thumping above us. cabinet was way too close to the door so it was hard getting in and out comfortably.

The AC was set at 65 -68 but wouldnt cool room down couldnt sleep the room too warm Was a room supposedly with water view but window so stained couldnt see out of it. Had to pay large deposit didnt see the notice when i booked room so was a little upset when i got to property but managed it.

When I checked in on Thursday(3-17-22. They lady at the front desk said I didn’t have a reservation. I showed her my confirmation # and she still told me I still didn’t have one. She did some more digging and said I had checked in already. I said ma’am how could I and I just got here. She gave me my room key. I went to the room and only to find someone in there. They had given my room to someone else with a different id. We had traveled almost 5 hours and I had kids with me.

The bed sheets did not appear to be clean and covered in hair, the shower had mold growing on the ceiling, and overall didn’t feel clean staying here but for the price ig i can’t complain too much

I had to change rooms the first night of my stay because the sink would drain, toilet wouldn’t flush and there were roaches. We slept with the light on the second night because it was worse in the second room.

Property was located in a good spot. Close to everything we wanted to do.

The extremely loud noises, from other rooms, and having to buy roach spray, to spray the room in order to finish my time out.

The size of the room was great, loved it, hated the roach problem. We were in one room at first, but we had to be moved because the toilet was not working properly. great job for the night shift young man that saw our need. The bag breakfast was good.

Only complaint is that you can hear every slam of every door close to you, but I understand that it is after all a hotel and not my middle of nowhere house in the country where everything is absolutely quiet lol

The room was very comfortable and clean. We love the location of the hotel and the staff are amazing. There was a couple of hiccups but the staff quickly took care of our needs to make sure everything was taken care of. The housekeeper was an amazing lady and took great care of us as was the lady that came up with the maintenance staff, she went above and beyond to take care of us and we'd like to thank her tremendously for what she done. Breakfast was great as was the gentleman serving it. The rooms were nice and cozy and the beds were very comfortable, the hubby absolutely loved the pillows.

I didn’t like that the bathroom fan didn’t work. The bathroom curtain rod is rusted. There were small roaches. The walls are thin, was able to hear the next door people arguing. Could hear anyone leaving their room.

I liked how comfy the beds were. The room was very spacious. I liked that there was a big modern TV. I liked that it was close to restaurants and the beach.

We realized the hotel was supposedly still under renovation, however, if rooms have been made available for occupancy then they should be totally completed prior release.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but inadequate. Need more vanity counter space, soap dish inside shower stall, floor map outside shower. In lieu of the desk phone, which almost nobody uses, have more power outlets for cellphones, iPads, etc charging points.

Floors were not clean. Spilled water and when we dried the spill with paper towel it was black so obviously the floor had not been mopped in a while Shower was extremely slippery and shower curtain had mold on the bottom
