Those people were a rip off I gave them a 100 deposit the room was so much cleaner when I left The staff tried to rip me off they tried to say that their was hair all over the place well my husband over heard the manager say to the maid just say that the dressers were dirty We'll see I am a clean freak I cleaned the room washed the towels they too a pictire of some old towels they had in back and tried to say they were mine I told him no sir the towels I washed last night to make a long story short he lied very dishonest place staff and manager I would never recommend this place to know one ever Hi

Noisy, room had some issues, got there and only had maybe half a roll of tp (room wasn't stocked well in general) and extremely noisy at night. Was woken up both nights around 11pm to very loud music that went well beyond 1:30am. I put my shoes outside of the room, by the wall and my door not in the wall way and someone threw them over the balacony. Not a good deal at all with everything. My door didn't work right, the handle inside was broken I guess so it stayed in the down position which made getting in the room hard. Chaulking in the bathroom and tub was peeling apart.

It was a bit noisy, up until midnight, though that was not the fault of hotel. There was a promise of breakfast, but this has been discontinued.

I stayed here before and should have known better. The last time I was there, I had to switch rooms 3x late (12a-1a-ish) with 2 small children. Just us 3. I only stayed 1 night. The 2nd room (which they thought I was still in and only in for 5 min) had holes in the wall. They tried to keep my $100 cash deposit for this. The 1st room didn't have hot water nor did the a/c work. The 2nd didn't either plus the TV didn't work. The a/c in the 3rd didn't work but I was happy to not sit in silence with the tv and I already moved my sleeping children alone between these rooms. This particular stay, (I tried to give this place another chance) I had to move 3x again. The 1st was the a/c, the 2nd was the a/c and the 3rd was upstairs (fine 🙄) but, the a/c went out again. My question is why own a money maker if u can't keep it up!? Get with it guys!

when we sat on the toilet it started leaking water from the bottom on the floor, when I notified them she just said ok. there was a plastic bag covering the fire alarm. there was flies in the room. also on the booking website they said they had breakfast. when I went they said they discontinued it.

I didn't like anything the door to open I had to use the key 3 to 4 times if I was lucky in the bathroom there was a cockroach in the room cobwebs in all corners and spiders too dirty carpet the coffee maker was not cleaned

I hated that I traveled from Colorado to stay there with my family, and as soon as we opened the hotel room the whole vibe changed. The carpet was greasy very very dirty, the bathtub had 3 roaches, under the pillows were insects. The next morning my husband woke up to rashes from bedbugs. I had to cancel the rest of the days and go pay elsewhere more money to sleep in peace. I had no idea that area was bad.
