Two out of the three workout machines were broken. Husband couldn't do the treadmill so had to use the bicycle thing. The floor in our room, 318, was really slanted. A structural issue. The head of the bed was below your feet which isn't good. I used extra pillows to raise my head. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. If they aren't cleaning the room everyday then you need to hang up your towels. A tiny hook on the back of the bathroom door means your bath towels gets pushed into the wall, YUCK! Have to leave the hand towel on the counter so it never dries. Wet wash cloths go where? Oh, the curtain rod.

The breakfast was the standard fare. You could find something to eat no matter your taste. 24 hour coffee/tea in the lobby was nice and the chocolate chip cookies.

Everything is great! The beds are comfortable, the hotel is very clean. They are pet friendly which is a bonus.

Front desk staff was awesome. Very accommodating with the college swim team for dinners in the lobby.

The women who checked us in was excellent!! She had a crowd coming from the football game and she handled everyone so well. She was friendly, efficient, and very fast.

Facilities are outdated. We were also put in a smoking room without prior knowledge and were kept up by very loud noises from the hvac.

The coffee maker really needs to be moved out of the bathroom, and put somewhere else in room. It’s really not sanitary to have the coffee maker in there

I wish the tv had a guide but nothing else was an issue.

The beds were perfect and sheets so soft. We went to another hotel the next day and it was not as great a bed. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful.

Bathtub was a little slow at draining water. Bed was comfortable but kept in the heat.

Breakfast was excellent, they had a soup and salad bar for dinner the first night we were there. The hotel pool was clean and comfortable. The room was nice and inviting. Felt safe and secure in fact when there were tornado warnings in the area one night the staff called the room to let us know and invite us down to the bottom floor.

Layer of dust on headboards, lamps. Had to request new bedding as black hairs were on sheets and comforter. Breakfast could have been better. Ham was water bathed so flavor was gone. Eggs tasted water bathed, no flavor. Why was my room $14 more than the same room for another guest?

There was nothing to complain about.

We loved everything about our stay. We didn't want to leave the next morning so we asked to keep our room another night! Our room was nice, with comfortable beds. Cozy view from our room as well.

We really had no complaints. It was basic, but truly, the cleanliness made up for that. There were some dings and scrapes on walls and doors... I mean, really nothing to even metion. I have stayed in some BEAUTIFUL rooms that were dirty. I would much rather opt for basic and clean.

Front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean. Lots of breakfast options! It was a great basic hotel to stop at while traveling.

Terrible smell in the room. Flies everywhere. Floors were filthy, they left our toddlers feet black from walking around.

Breakfast was good. Great waffles.
