Room Cleanliness. Room Lighting was very poor. No place to hang clothes. Floor was filthy- my socks turned black. No desk, just a table with uncomfortable chairs. Very uncomfortable stay. It was definitely not "Stayable"

First the rooms had roaches and we had to buy cleaning supplies and something to control the roaches , second people there are not very considerate of others, third the pool wasn't functional at all, and last but not least it was trashy and not very well maintained

They need to paint the exterior flooring.It looks rough.I asked 6 days in advance to credit my card because the house closed that my family was moving into.I reached out to booking to change my reservation on Friday the 12th.We didn't move into the room until Sunday the 14th.They stated they had already paid the hotel.In the app it says that I can change my reservations,my card can be edited,free cancellations.I had to pay higher rate for the last 3 days.I rented it for 17 days in the beginning.I ended up only needing it for 9 days.I tried to change the reservations and NEITHER Stayable Suites or Booking would CREDIT MY CARD FOR THE UNUSED DAYS!! I paid for an empty room.The hospitality industry has NEVER done this to me in Florida!I am Florida born and lived here my whole life.My family is saddened by the fact nobody even cared that I lost $525.00 for NOTHING in return!!! I am not a wealthy enough person to throw money away.I have booked rooms with other sites and had absolutely no problems!!

Single lighting fixture in bed area was without a light bulb. No television remote was located in the room and no user controls were accessible on the TV. No toilet paper was furnished

There was mold in bathroom on ceiling..The location had police 🚔 visit 3 times the 1st week, domestic issues, then late late night gatherings outside on the 2nd floor, then a drunk loud woman was screaming our last nite there..tried to save money while looking and closing on home. Moved to another hotel.

I tried to get an extension on the room and they rented the room before my week stay was up.. there were roaches in the room. No toilet paper holder..

Floor was very dirty as if it had never seen a mop and water with cleaning solution. I wore slipper socks in the room and by the first night they were filthy and by the end of my stay they were disgustingly dirty. Had to throw them away they were so dirty. Internet was sketchy sometimes took long time to connect and I had paid for higher speed for a week and had 2 instances where I had to call spectrum to have them get me connected as Kept getting no internet available.

Did not clean rooms at all. You have to pay a fee to get clean towels. Other than that it was ok very big comfortable bed and the room was very big alot of space. AC worked great

They had several hidden fee's deposits for room on top of high pet deposits. You even had to pay for clean towels and bed clothes. With all the extra fees was not cheaper staying here .

What we didn't like was there was never any staff in the lobby when they were needed. Upon us checking out we had to wait until 9:15am to turn our room keys in. I've never seen a motel ran like that. Staff should be available around the clock all the time.

The purpose of the trip was a get away for my daughter and I after a traumatic incident in our hometown. I booked a place with a swimming pool for her to enjoy herself and so I could just relax. The pool was closed and I was told it would be fixed the following morning. I drove 2 hours to the beach the next day. When we returned thinking she could swim in the pool, it was still closed and “maybe the pool guy would come in the morning”. This is Easter weekend. I checked out the next day when the pool still wasn’t fixed. And was not offered a refund after I asked for one.
