The leak in the ceiling above the ice machine. and the mold in the shower at the ceiling (not much but I noticed)...otherwise the room was clean and the hotel was nice.

Breakfast was great and location was not far the high school graduation we attended.

The entrance to Comfort Suites at night was extremely difficult to see. I drove past it, and I had to backtrack. The musty smell was quite unpleasant & I used some Febreze (I keep in my car) helped dramatically! The hot water in the bathroom sink was tepid at best. The elevator was creaky. For the price of $149 plus tax, I expected more & it was barely OK!

The bed was firm & quite comfortable. The evening turned chilly & I would have liked an extra blanket instead of just "turning heat up"! My husband was fine. The breakfast was acceptable. Nothing outstanding except the attendant who was so nice, friendly, helpful, & polite! The front desk clerks was nice.

I booked the room because I came in from Palm coast Florida to pick up 1 and 1/2 pound puppy. When I went to check in in put the pup(I crate) on counter . We are talking about pup that is so small. I had playpen with vinyl bottom and piddle pads that he stayed in. He checked me in and I said now u did see pup, do I need to make deposit? He took my room cards back and said oh you can’t stay, you have dog. I explained that I had been honest and upfront with him but he would not budge. I had to get a room that had broken security chain on door, filthy chain in room and Hispanics laying on the exit landing keeping door propped open. I wouldn’t have got in tub for money and toilet did not flush. Baby is going to train as security dog to alert me to severe asthma attacks. People waiting in line behind me said oh man he is not as big as a rat what can he do? He very nicely told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get my money returned to card. I told him he kicked me out in less time. I told him that I had not tried to hide anything from him and he would not have even known if I hadn’t been upfront. He said yes we have cameras everywhere. I asked in my room and he said no. I said then u wouldn’t have seen the baby because he is to Little to walk around. This plus where I had to stay ruined this , what would have been an exciting event , for me. I understand some people don’t take pride in themselves or their surroundings but there has to be exceptions. My pup would not ever have touched anything in that room. Shame. Let pets in with refundable deposit and have someone check the room to determine whether or not they get deposit back. The Marriott let’s bring our babies plus other nice hotels. Trust me I will NEVER book with comfort inn and suites again. We travel a lot and our pet goes with us. Get with the times

A/C FROZE UP HOT IN ROOM. RENTED ROOM JUST FOR INDOOR POOL AND GOT THERE WENT TO POOL AND WAS FULL OF WATER BUT SAID OUT OF ORDER. STAFF SAID REASON WAS CLOSED DOWN WAS BECAUSE OF ICE STORM. BUT IT IS END OF MARCH AND HASNT BEEN AN ICE STORM IN 3 MONTHS. ALSO STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL AND WAS RUDE!

the girl at the front desk attitude and the manager’s attitude were very poor and I will not stay at this hotel every again. I felt like they put our room close to the desk to watch us because they were being racist and picking. When I asked the manager for corporates phone number she tried to tell she did not know the phone number and she also wanted to get a refund from booking. com and book with them because then they could have upgraded our room in which they told booking. com they had no more of but told me they did. The whole ordeal was over who I spent my money with which was booking because they had the better deal. I will never go back to this hotel every again. The experience was horrible and the employees attitudes and manager was very poor.

Who puts out a “closed pool” sign, AFTER someone checks in? Anyone who knows that’s the whole reason why you’re there in the first place, that’s who! 🤬 The fact that the website shows the pool is in working order and also specifically says that there IS a hot tub on the property, which there is NOT. And when we asked about the pool and “spa”, the lady at the front desk was very rude. She told us that she doesn’t have to open that pool for anyone, it’s out of her control and that they don’t even have a hot tub on the property! I then showed her the website from where I booked the room. I showed her the amenity list and she said, “well.. sorry”. My kid was so disappointed and quite frankly so were we. Later on, I had to call down for sheets for the hide away bed, they wouldn’t send them up to our room, I physically had to go get them myself.. not saying I mind.. but we are the guests right? And that lady was so rude as well. The last photo was my husband standing outside the pool room.. which was blue, pretty and looked just fine. To say we will not be back to a comfort suites is an understatement. Also, my son works in the area and he came by the hotel for a visit. I called down and let the concierge desk know that my child was coming for a visit. When he got there, the front desk basically treated my 16 year old like trash. Telling him it was “too late for visitors” but she would “allow” it this time. 🙄 y’all need to hire some people with consideration and love for people. These people clearly do not. So my review in a nutshell? Don’t stay here if you wanna a good place to stay and swim. Just don’t. Better experiences are had elsewhere, I can assure you.

The room was nice, beds were hard as rocks and I like the shower. That’s about it. 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️
