Breakfast and hotel is in desperate need of remodeling.

The breakfast was very disappointing with a small table offering coffee and to go oatmeal and packaged muffins. Our family went elsewhere for breakfast.

The bathtub was dirty. The drawers were dirty. The person who checked us in was rude she was not welcoming at all. The room smelled of cigarettes..

The elevator was broken (apparently for 3 months), but nothing was indicated online. It seems this hotel is a home for people who otherwise can't afford homes, and one guest has lived there for years. The room smelled like cigarettes. A few guests were excited to tell me about a marijuana dispensary that was in walking distance (not my thing, and unsolicited). It kind of felt like a weird apartment building more than a hotel in that regard.

Good location on the north side of Phoenix. Close to shopping and a few restaurants. Very fast wifi.

elevator was broken. no pool. bathroom fan didn’t work. flyer in the room said to call for dishes/pans and they’ll bring them to you. no they won’t. you have to get them. no clear marked pet area. when I found it, it didn’t have a disposal can for the waste. floor vibrated from something I couldn’t find. made getting to sleep difficult.

convenient to the freeway. pet waste bags available in the pets area (once you find the pet area). Kitchen.

Was downgraded from a king to a queen due to some issues and room wasn’t clean or was taken already, wasn’t sure. This happens, o understand, but no offer to reduce my room rate or charges for our dog which was too high compared to much better Hotels. $50+ for 2 days. Hilton is $35 for the entire stay 1 night or 100. This was another Hotel suffering what I call residents. Those who normally live in their cars or the streets and when they find a way to get the cash for a room, they live like scum bags. They trash their rooms, invite others to stay and leave their trash and filth everywhere they go. This is evident by the massive amount of cigarette butts, empty beer cans and water bottles. Breakfast was very disappointing, instant oatmeal, granola bars and small muffins. Due to the events in town the rates were very high. I strayed from my normal chain because their rates where unreasonable and they didn’t have rooms available for one night of our planned stay. Lesson learned. I did learn the management were updating the rooms a little at a time and trying to “rid” the place of the people who don’t appreciate staying in a decent place.

Beds were Spring and spring mattresses kill my back. There was nobody ever at the desk. The smell of the room was overwhelming, like mold The tv was very small and low, so seeing was hard. You need more amenities. IE soap, shampoo and conditioner. Body lotion etc.

I loved the kitchen!!!! I loved the size of the rooms. The AC was amazing. The hot water was fantastic.

The location didn't look safe, the linen in the room was not clean, the next room could be heard very clearly. Checked out the same night and they forgot to check the guest out. Waiting for a refund.

Just about everything. The place is old and beat up. The TV didn't work. They don't even have a secure WIFI connection and if you want to do anything more than write a bad review (like stream, for instance), you have to pay more for it. The refrigerator is full sized but it doesn't open toward the kitchen, it opens toward the wall. Tacky. And no coffee in the room (a kitchen with no coffee maker?!). You have to go all the way to the lobby no earlier than 6AM to get a cup. The "complimentary breakfast" is nothing more than packaged muffins and breakfast bars and instant oatmeal packets. You can hear every little thing that goes on outside your room; the walls are very thin. The air conditioning unit is super loud. The water from the bathroom faucet comes out like a fire hose, the water from the showerhead comes out like a light rain. I didn't wash my hair because I might still be trying to rinse it out. And speaking of washing hair, all you get is a little tube of "conditioning shampoo." I hate places that don't give shampoo AND conditioner. The carpet only needed to be vacuumed a little more than it was. There is probably more but I have to leave this place before I get too depressed. Bottom line: don't stay here unless all you need is a bed to sleep in.

They didn’t have late check out and when I decided to go ahead and stay another night so I didn’t have to rush out at 11:30 they were rude and I would have to go downstairs to rebook again . Also for the price it’s run down on the inside .
