The first room I was given - the balcony door would not close. Staff did move me to another room. New room- doors were hard to open. Had to use butt to push them open. Tv remote was broken. Microwave barely worked. Had to heat things multiple times to get it cooked. Shower head leaked - I fixed that. It just needed to be screwed on better. Windows were dirty. Bed made awful sound when you moved. Trash can outside was a bit small for the amount of trash piled up on it.

Breakfast was ok. Although, the 2 waffle makers were not enough for the quantity of people trying to make them. I was not able to make any a couple days.

1 elevator towards from of property. no other elevator. nowhere in property description does it say this. no cleared access to ocean. wind stopped on Sunday and could have cleared the area and they did not. again that was main reason to stay here.

phones did not work, had to check in with a kiosk, called days and days before trip and no one answered my phone calls or emails, the bed sounded like it was going to break.

Bathroom door didn't close, paint was chipping off walls and some spots paint was missing in large areas on the wall. The walk way to the beach was a hazard with so much sand my wife slipped and fall. Doors where hard to open in the walk ways This hotel needs work and repairs.

Room was nice enought. Problems was with the bathroom. The door to the bathroom did not fit correctly. It took a lot of force to get it shut. The shower head had problems. It would spray at crazy angles. At one point it was spraying side out of the shower onto the sink and floor getting my cloths wet.

The location on the beach is amazing. The pool is very clean and has new chairs. Bedding is new and comfortable. It's an old hotel but you can tell they keep it clean despite holes in the wall etc...I do appreciate that it's pet friendly.

Room and property was not as clean and welcoming as it should be. Some furniture looked stained and unkempt. There were junk piles of construction material visible in stairwells. Cleaning staff would leave used towels from room dumped in hall outside the room door - presumably for pickup later (really?). Vending machines looked like they hadn't been restocked or maintained in years. Very poor selection of items for snacks.

We wished the breakfast stayed open until 10am. Closing at 9 made up het up each morning early to get breakfast.

It was right on the beach and allowed is to stay parked the afternoon we checked out.

I did not like that they have a sign at check-in saying they charge an additional five dollars per day if you booked anywhere other than directly through them. There were dead flies in the toilet on check in. Also, some mold above the shower.

I liked that the property was right next to beach access.

Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work & there was not a vending machine.

Short walk to the beach, price wasn’t bad, rooms had a good amount of space, and they were very clean. Beds are pretty comfortable, pillows are comfortable, & so was the blankets. Shower water stayed hot forever, four people could shower back to back & still have hot water! Water pressure was nice too. Breakfast consist of cereal, fruits (bananas & apples), yogurt, muffins, waffles (make them yourself) & frozen sausage biscuits. Coffee with little packs of cream, apple juice, orange juice, & water.

There was no hair dryer in the room. The top part of the bathroom outlet did not work. The tv remote did not work.

The room was smaller than we expected but it was satisfactory. Next time now that we know the size of the room we will try to get a suite on similar type room.

Location was good. We could visit several places of interest to us that were within a short distance. Restaurants were nearby and convienent. We were right on the beach which was good. The room was smaller than we expected, next time we will get a suite. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return.
