Shower cutoff did not work. There was no chair in the room. There was no trash can in the room. Sheets had blood spots on them.

It reaked of cigarette smoke. The complimentary breakfast was a basket of stale muffins. The coffee wasn't even hot. It was extremely mediocre. The staff was stale as well. Very stereotypical black woman, sorry to say.

I had to get two rooms because the first one was extremely hot and the second room had mold growing rapidly in the bathroom. Neither room had any dishes or utensils to cook. Breakfast was just coffee and oatmeal with no bowl to make it in. Hotel is a bit confusing to navigate though.

It smelled bad and it looks in bad condition all around. The AC unit in my room made lots of noises, my access card stopped working and the whole place looks run down.

When I checked in I was told they may not have a room available because they were so booked. My booking.com reservation didn't pop up when I got there. The bathroom sink in my room was clogged when I got there. The hotel staff were begrudging in doing their duties.

The hotel was located close to the event I was attending. It also was surrounded by a number of restaurants.

Advertise what is really available or drop the price for not having certain things available.

Their was no breakfast offered as advertised, no pool available as advertised, the sink was broke no water came out, and the sofa bed couch that was advertised had no mattress inside of the couch it wasn't brought till the second day. Very unhappy with this hotel.

First of all, I didn't feel safe as all back doors. are always open. In 5 days I saw a security lady once and only becoz dog attacked other guest. Most annoying was key car not working almost every time. When I came back third day to the reception, I didn't meet supporting staff - I was blamed that I keep it next to my phone and I showed her that I even had a separate purse for 6 cards now. Another annoying thing - smell in the room. Even expensive candle didn't help. Last thing, out of 5 days, 2.5 there was no water and I understand things happens, but I was upset that I was not informed upon check-in, but saw a sign on the back door, not front.

I Like ESA as they have a small kitchen in the room and stayed here 4y ago, this was the reason of coming back.

For $175.00 the shower don't work, couldn't take shower, used hand soap left on sink, the attitude at the front desk is what made me regretting spending $175 😑.

The bath tub tile needed work the tile was falling off the wall.the tub had chips in porcelain and rust they say their is utinsaules in the kitchen their isn't.no smoke alarms.cabinet doors dirty.could sign in to the wifi wifi had no security.....

There was only one pillow in the bed was hard. The bathroom where the tub is was not appealing to even take a shower in. Basically the pictures that I looked at online did not match the in-person scenery once I got to the hotel.

The room was not as it was depicted on Booking.com. There was no sofa or comfortable chair to sit in, despite its being a suite. There was a kitchenette but no coffee pot, coffee cup, or coffee. When I asked for a change and for coffee, the front desk staff was unhelpful, promising a change in room for the following day but not following through, and telling me there was no coffee pot available. The first morning, when I got up to go downtown, there was not only no coffee in the lobby at 6:30 and 7:30 but no breakfast at all, no person at the desk. The towels were thin, bed cover thin, shower had little water pressure. Lights in main room were not working. Plugs did not work. I had to return to the front desk twice to get the key card fixed, despite following their direction to keep it away from my phone. Basically, nothing was as depicted and very little worked.

Not much. The exterior appearance is lovely, surrounded by live oak and crape myrtle trees.

the lighting in the parking lot in back is horrible way to dark. the hallways smelled like mildew. the microwave we had two in the room both dirty. being it’s an extended stay and with a kitchenette no accommodation of cups plates or utensils
