The room smelled like smoke , no housekeeping I was told if I wanted clean lienen I need to bring my dirty down and exchange it. I thought qas horrible. And breakfast was a pack of oatmeal and a muffin.

The keys didn't work properly, and the bed was "firm" to put it nicely. We had paid for 2 nights and left after one.

I was told by the GM that this hotel is consistently oversold so be extremely careful about booking this property.

Nothing. The room was dirty. It smelled really bad burnt smell. Fire alarm was on the table. Already knew the hotel was sold out because they called to tell me they were oversold and I didn’t have a room but managed to get them to bounce someone else instead.

When I first walked in it smelled I didn’t really put too much thought since I figured maybe it was a lingering odor from someone’s cooking. I was wrong we checked in and was told one room was ready the other was not okay no big deal so I thought ( mind you check in is at 4 we arrived at almost 6) when we went to our room OMG WHAT THE HECK I have never been to a hotel where the filth made you feel disgusting just by entering into the space. The kitchen was run down and the refrigerator was dirty and it really needed a deep cleaning outside and inside . The bathroom sink was clogged and full with hair the toilet was dirty, the vinal flooring that meets the tub was peeling off the shower curtain was dirty with black mold or dirt. The beds look like sheets were never changed or the bed skirt even clean. As fast as I walked in I walked right back out. I advised the front desk and said I was leaving due to the filth and will not be staying with them. She said she was just advised that room was not clean and I said not the true issue because even if it got cleaned it was not going to get cleaned like it truly needed it was dirt on top of dirt it needed more than just a fast cleaning. Frustrated tired and overwhelmed thank god I was able to find something somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE I AM TELLING YOU. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

When I arrive there was a woman high on drugs outside the front lobby. She was actually cleaning the curb with a towel. Hotel smell of pot badly. Front desk talking about racism and then the double charge for a room I already paid 93 dollars for to booking Said not there problem. Booking stated the hotel has a prepaid card from them.

The fingernail clippings, smell of mold, noisy refrigerator, spot on the carpet, no trash can in the room only in the bathroom, hot water took forever to heat, tv stand was so low you could not lay in bed and watch, bedside lamp only had one working bulb and on the other side of the bed the outlet only had one socket that worked. To get to the checking you had to walk through people outside smoking and past the guy parked in a handicap slot with his music too loud (he was not handicap). When requested if we could move to the 3rd floor as we had put in our reservation we were denied because they didn’t get all the rooms cleaned that day. The next morning when we left there was a sign on the desk that stated an employee would be there at 7 a.m. So that means there was NO employee in the hotel. The breakfast that was supposed to be available was not.

The bathroom light in the room didn't work past the 1st night and I did bring it to the attention of the staff and nothing was done at all, in fact they seemed quite unbothered and incredibly uncaring to have someone just come check. Just getting silverware from the front desk attendant was like pulling teeth. Worst of all, I went three days straight without towels because, again the front desk attendant refused to give them to me and had a disgusting attitude each time I asked them to be replenished. Key cards would not let you in from the outside doors. The walls, doors, and elevator were completely gross covered in everything you could imagine and stench from the trash room and the pile that was in there was an extreme cause for concern. Absolutely appalling.

Amenities in the room were a plus, but the ability for the staff to give you what was needed was almost impossible to say the least.
