The receptionist are not welcoming 1 i asked them to have a room far from sound they didn't 2 i asked them to keep my room as i'm planning to go out and comeback,instead informing me the guest houses rules they drag out my items and locked my rooms..which i was offended

Since when I did the booking, the hotel didn't reply to me. I sent some messages with questions, but I didn't get the reply.

Polite receptionist. Bed comfortable. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Pick up location of free shuttle at the airport: Terminal 2, door 2 A (each every 20 - 25 minutes, every day, as informed by the hotel on our stay). If you arrive in another terminal, you need to contact the hotel before to inform them about your terminal and the shuttle will go there, as informed by the hotel as well.

We did not know that there will be no breakfast served that day. The restaurant opened at 11am.

My fridge doesn’t work also the door doesn’t feel secure it’s kinda old and raggedy

Some areas needed updating and cleaned better: entrance mirror, bathroom door and inside of door to room. Toilet and sink appeared to be designed for small/very short individual.

Location is great. Close to airport and they have shuttle if needed.

Noise on 2nd level is bad but ground floor is fine. It's very hard to flush the toilet in 117 when the lid is up.

Good location for one night stay near the airport, room was spacious and comfortable, transfer van takes passengers around on a regular basis, and staff was really helpful.

The bathroom had an odd smell, maybe mildew? And the fridge made a loud noise that was annoying. One of the towels had hairs on it.

free Wi-Fi can be slow and not sufficient to stream Netflix & Prime etc if it’s busy, but I guess that’s the same for a lot of busy properties. And there is no breakfast option, free or otherwise.

I like this hotel and have stayed here a couple of times now. It’s within reasonable travel time/distance from downtown and the city with a safe travel route (blue line cta, bus to and from Rosemont). Very nice bar/diner with fair priced good food. Clean rooms and friendly staff

The wifi was very poor. Outside the room, the hall way smelt of cigarette. I waited 2 hours before I was picked up. More information on pick up times and from which terminal should have been displayed on the website. I called numerous times from the airport but no one picked my call, it was a nightmare and I was completely exhausted. The staff at reception should try and be a bit more friendly. Nevertheless the staff in the bar/restaurant were nice and courteous.

My room was very clean, the temperature was okay. There were coffee and tea in the room.

The room could do with a thorough clean. The carpet, doors, windows and walls were dirty. All the furnishings looked tired and old. At least there were clean sheets and towels.

Friendly staff. Free shuttle to/from the airport.
