We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCustomer service wasn’t friendly. After an overnight trip from Europe I was extended tired and called to confirm my reservation. The lady who picked up the phone was rude and told me that she is “extremely busy” without even trying to answer my question about my reservation. When I arrived at the location, a lady named Bandra was not very welcoming. She was short with me and very unpleasant to talk to. Next morning a lady named Ruby was a lot nicer and answered all my questions promptly and properly. I hated the loose doors and noisy neighbors.

United KingdomWasher was good but the dryer wasn’t.. it left my clothes wet. Location is ok but there’s nothing near the hotel, you have to walk at least 15 mins or ride a bus.
Girl in the front desk was so nice and always helpful. Room was nice and clean and has microwave, and other facilities that really help for travelers! It’s near the bus stop too, and has airport shuttle! Location is ok, few minutes by bus to Rosemont station which has blue line that takes you to downtown!

United States2 things really upset me - 10 pm trying to take shower after 26 hour travel from overseas - water cold . not even lukewarm, COLD. and in the morning No free breakfast despite fact that it was advertised in booking app and THAT IS WHY i have picked this hotel versus other cheaper ones .. ( yes there is a sign on the frontdesk informing that they dont do breakfasts since Jan 2020 due to Covid safety) . I have asked front desk lady about it after i woke her up from taking nap and she kinda blew me off that they dont do breakfasts due to lack of staff. and since its a FREE breakfast that i am not getting, I am not owed any refund or compensation. Maybe Technically true but had i known that, i could have picked Super 8 for 1/2 the price.
