I didn't like that the hot tub was covered in caution tape and there was no stationary bike in the exercise room. I also found it extremely rude the the front desk person made me wait at checkout so he could look at my room before letting me leave. I had a credit card on file with them if they felt there were problems, there weren't any problems btw. That right there is why I won't go back. I had a great stay until check out, I was taking my kids on an adventure as a memorial to the loss of their dad and bad customer service put a damper on things.

I liked the size of the room and the breakfast.

As we were walking by the front desk, the clerk offered to upgrade us to on of the themed rooms, at no additional charge. It was a fun room, Hawaiian vacation style, round bed, huge in room jacuzzi.

The drier wasn't working, but they dried my clothes for me!

This hotel is a gem with amazing value for the price. We had our family reunion this year in this location and we were all so pleased with the staff's quick response to our needs. The pool was great. The hot tub is not in operation, but we had plenty of towels in the pool room. Breakfast was amazing with loads of space for all of us. We had fun hanging out in the gazebo in the front of the hotel. The lobby area is beautiful. This location is right off the toll road and easy to get to. Cracker Barrel and Perkins within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel. You will be treated well.

Breakfast was just okay. The unseasoned scrambled eggs likely had dairy added. While it makes the eggs fluffy, it renders them flavorless. In contrast, sausage patties were delicious. Their breakfast won't wow you, but it does the trick.

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. Coffee was above average for a hotel. A nice surprise!

The pool is very cold. They said it was 85° but it wasn’t. I feel like it was the couple that went in there when I was in there I have to use Paul for therapy. They were there for 10 minutes and left it was too cold for them to stay. Unfortunately I had to do that like I said I need physical therapy.

The property is located directly off the Indiana Turnpike and situated on what seems to be the main drag in Elkhart. It sits amongst a large variety of restaurants, big box stores, and other businesses. The staff were very personable and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. The first thing I do upon entering a new hotel room is take a Lysol wipe on all the handles, switches, and surfaces. My wipe showed no trace of any dirt or missed cleaning.

Location just off the Interstate was great. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, & helpful. The room was large with a nice sitting area & a large excellent tv. There was a refrigerator, a microwave, & a coffee maker.

price was inflated by $200 along with the online availability set at just one room left on purpose. we took what we thought was last room. I kept checking and it had one room left and never sold out of that one room haha. Hotel was not full and had plenty of rooms left. The waffle iron wasn't working.

The location was great for us. The hotel although older was clean and we had a room with a sitting area. Many restaurants in the area.

Housekeeping kept knocking on the door and actually opened the door once and started coming in when we were in the room. We could hear them tapping their cards on everyone’s doors. It was very annoying.

Nice and clean. The breakfast is good. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet.
