Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water. Heater worked well.

The microwave was missing the spinning thing for the plate, the lock for the bathroom was ripped off and in the drawer, there was plastic wrapped around the fire detector, and a cigarette butt under the plastic bag in the trash bin…

The front desk lady was great, it was close enough to walk to go places. The beds were comfy and clean.

It wasn't very clean. The room was in need of remodeling and was not in very good shape. The air conditioner was extremely loud the entire night. There was a lot of traffic noise. It was very very overpriced, at least double what it should have been. We got very little sleep on a night when we wanted to be well rested for our long international flights.

The bed was comfortable. There was a free shuttle ride to the airport and the driver was on time. We got to park our car there while we were gone.

There were two holes in the floor. Only able to flush the toilet by lifting the lid and pulling the plug manually. The TV didn't work; internet didn't work. The place is really dated -- I'm guessing it hasn't been updated for 2 decades (if ever) and repairs if made were done with cheap materials by amateurs.

The room was available at 8 pm. The bed was fine.

Bed was clean and looked good, room was run down, curtains were missing picks. Chair in the room looked like it needed a good cleaning. Bathroom was clean, silicone at the bottom of the tub was missing in places. It looked like some things were updated but needed more work. The reception person was nice.

Shuttle to/ from the airport was quick to arrive, excellent service. Breakfast nothing fancy but nutritious, good selection: waffles, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, etc.

The floor was dirty, the doors noisy when locking. The airport shuttle had a breakdown or this was one of the reasons of my booking. The landline phone didn't work properly.

Cleanliness, not so much. Toilet had not been cleaned, which was absolutely gross, and shower had dirt all over the floor, as did the room floor. Coffee supplies but no coffee maker.

The room smelled musty like mold so I had to clean the air conditioner which was packed with dust or whatever on it then put Strong Downey Dryer sheets in the inside vents to blow out breathable air. Wasn't as clean as would have like especially the toilet area around it. Had to get some cleaning supplies to make it comfortable for my son and I for the night.

The 2nd bed creaked horribly unless you slept on the edge, not comfortable. The remote channel button never worked even after changing batteries twice.

it was unkempt, the blow dryer wasn’t secured properly to the wall and it fell off while I was using it, the toilet sat uneven, at 7:30 am I was woken by loud knocking outside on the building, everything was unplugged I had to plug in the lamps to see, there was hair in the sink I had to clean out. and none of the vending machines were stocked. also when I showered the faucet screamed at me.

our direct TV would not connect so no TV, our room phone was not connected at all, phone cord was missing, water in showers would not regulate, it was either to hot or to cold, there was a large "ink" stain on the foot rest
