This was the worst. Hotel was so dirty. First when we got there we had to sign a waiver for an additional cleaning fee if we smoked in the room ok no big deal except we walked into the room and it smelled like smoke. It was horrible. The rug was so stained and bathroom sink. But worst of all went to look at the bed and found stains all over the sheets. One spot even looked like it was blood. So gross. We opted to do the 2 hour drive back home to sleep and drive back up tomorrow. We were in the room a total of 20 mins before we had to get out of there. Only positive thing was the front desk lady was understanding and did refund our money but terrible experience.

I came to stay 1 night with my girlfriend to see a concert nearby in Scranton. The room was disgusting. My sheets were stained with blood. (Glad I brought my own) My drawers were dirty with weed leftovers. (Found when looking for channel guide) My bathtub was brown and slimy. (Had to wear my shoes in the shower with me) I expect more for 100+$ a night was very disgusting.

The staff at the front desk was nice and the custodian guy was very nice and funny. Close to food and gas

No WiFi. No breakfast as advertised. The bathroom smelled like a men’s locker room. Whole room was just very shabby looking and old. One entrance and one elevator for 4 floors. Bedside clock was broken. Desk clerk didn’t act like she cared about anything Never again!

Breakfast was tiny, hard granola bars with coffee or tea. Variety?!? My "discount rate" room (over $100/night) reeked of urine every time the AC kicked on, was told there were no other rooms available. Dirty carpet on uneven floors.

24hr coffee was nice, decent internet.

The hotel lie about breakfast. No breakfast, only thermoses with coffee. Room has been cleaned disgustingly. The room smells damp. The air conditioner only adds problems due to dirty filters. The bedding looks strange. The Internet does not work, I could not connect with either my phone or laptop. Cherry on the cake - the curtain on the window in the room on the ground floor near the entrance is not meant to be closed at all. They allow huge trucks to park in the passenger car parking in front of the lobby. In the morning at 5:30, warming up the track engine and pumping air into the pneumatic system works much more efficiently than an alarm clock. This place needs to be bypassed. This Comfort Inn has deteriorated.

Air conditioning kept shutting off every 2 hours, opened mini fridge and water spilled out due to temp being turned down

This hotel was absolutely disgusting dirty the staff were rude there was no breakfast the room was disgusting shower full of mold the room was so musty I could not breathe the lobby was full of mud and the seating was so dirty you couldn’t even sit on it DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL
