It's an older hotel, but good condition

Okay no matter the condition of the property these guys were getting a good review. There was a horrible storm and the power went out all over town and they stuck it out with me.

The jacuzzi tub did not work. You have to request room cleaning.

The fire alarm woke us up at 8am. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. And the AC wasn’t working, good thing it was cold so we didn’t really had to bring it up to front desk plus we were very tired to walk to the front and let them know whats going on.

Staffs were nice. We had the room with the Jacuzzi, that was a highlight of our stay however we had to clean the jacuzzi before using it cause it was a bit dirty. There were leaves and hair

Minor stuff; highway noise in the north side room. Television channels were missing the best local station for morning traffic reports. Plates for the breakfast barely held the waffles; bigger plates or a smaller waffle iron.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, laundry room functional, no safety/security issues, convenient location; all in all a good place to stay.

Pork was the only meat option available for breakfast. One staff member was a bit standoffish. There is a constant language barrier or at appeared that way, (She could not speak or understand English or May have ignored me or brushed me off due prejudices) FYI: sometimes a particular racial group pretend to not know English so they do not have to communicate or assist with a certain ethnic group of people) When I need assistance or asked a question the lady in breakfast area was never able assist anyway leaving me to consistently go to and ask the front desk. either way they should have staff that are friendly, eager and willing to help, and who can also understand English and speak it.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Location was convenient, access to multiple restaurants. They had a waffle machine. Beds were cozy.

A little more fresh scent inside of the rooms and units AC heat and units coils could be up kept a little better, For respiratory and allergy purposes.

Having complimentary breakfast is a major plus with a great stay in location

I paid for a room with a hydromassage bathtub and it turns out that they didn't have one, it was false advertising. The ice machines were not working and when I went down to get water they did not have drink machines and at reception they did not have any water left

False advertising says ice machine but ice machine doesn’t work was told breakfast but you only got a half way done sausage and no eggs the room had a real loud beach smell that messed with my allergies over night staff really didn’t want to give you towels

Nothing I didn’t like!

We loved the Jacuzzi in the room. Very nice to relax in while watching tv after a long drive. The staff is very friendly and the location is near everything you would need. We will stay here again for sure!

The staff act like they don’t understand English but understand well when you talk about something they want to hear They kept half my deposit said to replace some towels when I had my own they never messaged or called and said anything about towels being messed up The hotel smells It was all the way around weird vibes will never stay here ever again

The elevator was broken the duration of our stay so we had to climb up 3 flights of stairs each day which was hard to do being that I have a knee problem. The shower he was did not put out much water as it was old and needs to be replaced., inside the stairwell someone dropped a muffin and it stayed there the whole entire time we were there as no one cleaned up around the stairwells.

I called in advance the day of my booking to let them know we were going to arrive a little bit late than check in time. The older lady in the front said it was no problem and that it didn’t have to be at that exact time. Once arrived, we were jet lagged just wanting to sleep and enjoy our weekend. Our room that WE booked was given to someone else and the lady ended up giving us a basic room when we had paid extra for the whirlpool king room. My husband went to complain to see if there was anything we can do and she was completely rude. Never did they once apologized for the confusion and at least admitted to there mistake. Never once did we get the difference back of at least the money for the room difference. Also, they took 40 mins to just give us the basic room and just clean it quickly so we can go in. NEVER AGAIN. Plus, we were not the only ones having trouble with our stay. There were several people who were also having trouble with the staff. To sum up, they also had a horrible Gas leak smell.
