The second floor is not accessible via an elevator. There is no mention of that on the website. The hallway on the second floor has lots of soft dips. I noticed there were no fire sprinklers in the hallway. I'm not even sure if the rooms have them.The bathroom light is always on. Had to close the door to sleep.

Very difficult to drive to. Right beside highway but to get to entrance you have to go around several blocks thru residential neighborhood. They also need a sign on that side of building as there isn't even a street number on it.

Even though the room was clean to the eye, my allergies were going crazy after getting into the room. That tells me that either the room had pets in it (which I requested a pet-free room) or the carpeting is old and needs to be replaced (or both).

Room was quiet and TV had extended movie channels to choose from.

After check in we were directed to a door to enter. We drove to door and cannot open. Return to front desk to be told card sensor doesn’t work. Perhaps a better job of clearing snow.

The wonderful convenience to Lake Kegonsa and to Stoughton itself for dinner. The staff was very delightful and helpful for helping make sure our group were close to each other.

We did not know there was not an elevator. Our room was on the 2nd floor, I have arthritis in my knees, after traveling for several hours, my knees were already stiff, so walking up stairs was pretty painful. Also there was not electrical outlets on both sides of our King Bed, we both use CPAPs for sleep apnea, thankfully the cords were pretty long so we could make it work.

The room was nice. Everything was clean, including the outside. Breakfast had a good variety.

Chair in our room not as comfortable as we would like—an ottoman to put feet up on would have been nice…or have 2 chairs or a love seat so we could relax somewhere besides on the bed. Our window screen was torn on the bottom…we noticed other windows had tears on their screens on the backside of the building. The noise was loud at times when other rooms around used their showers (esp. the whirlpool tub).

Quiet. A lot of nearby food & shopping available. Friendly staff.

when neighboring rooms used the water for bath/showers it sounded like there was water running in my room it was so loud. even woke me up at midnight which is rare. pillows need more options for a more flat pillow.

the tub options after a long week of traveling all over. coffee pot and fridge in the room is always a nice option. the bed was comfortable and the comforter was thick which I like.

I liked the breakfast choices,. I’m so glad you added a toaster, with bagels, and bread. The fruit was great. The egg, bacon sandwich was good.

The fact that when I made reservation I requested 1st floor due to recent knee surgeries, and when we checked in it was not set up this way, the desk attendant took care of this.

Found the gal working the desk when we checked in to be extra friendly.
